I've been trying to be an early bird and build early biological clock. But actually it just happen in 2 or 3 days. Then I continue to stay up late until 1 or 2 AM. Then I end up with waking up late, feel exhausted and bad mood. And you know, this leads to procrastination too.
Honestly, I know that this is not good for me at all but I still want to do it and even enjoy the night time alone T. T
What should I do? I think I'm not lonely here.

In India Noone cares about mental health they just say 'it's nothing its just your mode now go and study' even i have anxiety and can't come out of my room or i have depression i feel down they still say the same thing im thankful because of my parents know it and they understand it i always feel bad for my other classmates who have been burnt oit but still doesn't know it because of there typical Indian parents im not complaining about Indian parents just ask yoir kind are you okay

What I hate every morning is when my mom blasts the volume of the news on tv. I dont want to wake up hearing who got shot, what shitty politician(s) are doing to help themselves and hurt others, or what horrible event happened in another country. Its way too early for me to be filled with anxiety and stress when Im just trying to get ready to start my day. Yeah its good to be informed but who wants to wake up to negativity and bad news first thing in the morning?

I've been guilty of ruminating on past events more times than I can count. I realize that this doesn't help me, but if there's one thing I've been improving on, it's having 3 meals a day no matter what. I genuinely do feel more energized when I have breakfast, but if I don't feel hungry enough for a proper meal or don't have time for one, I'll just eat something small or carry a couple snacks that I can break up during the morning hours. It's helping me a lot

When I was in college I used skip the gym why I had a lot to study but I always felt worse mentally. Making time for both mental and physical well-being is better for overall better performance and I had to learn that the hard way. So if youre in school too dont fall for the false idea that working out, eating well and mental health takes away from studying because it will only make you better

Should I go to therapy i like watching things that make me sad/cry like i watch sad relatable videos for fun or like when im feeling meh and i have adhd autism anxiety and im scared to ask my parents for therapy cause they might be like why your fine or whats wrong you can tell me you don't need therapy and i have social anxiety so ya psych2go what should I do and do i need therapy

I was and still am procrastinating at times, especially with grad school. I keep thinking, Ive already procrastinated before and it turned out fine, itll probably be alright this time too. But turns out it wasnt, I was getting terrible grades. Im slowly trying to chip away at homework everyday now, doing at least 1 hour everyday instead of doing an all nighter on the weekends

About the 4th point of skipping breakfast, I'm falling for it since November 2021 already.
But I wouldn't say it's an unhealthy habit, since it's my diet plan which works amazing for me.
I got it from a professional nutritionist and lost 23-24kg already by skipping breakfast.

These all still come up everyday, but Im so happy to see that its happening less. Like my lifes a dumpster fire rn, but they arent traps anymore, I dont get stuck there. & its not as desperately difficult to get outta there anymore too.
It gets better, I like better, better is enough, enough is momentarily perfection.

I tend to procrastinate and just found that out lately because in school, I never had a problem with learning for an Exam the two or three days before it happened. I also didn't look after my physical health for a long time, but I'm about to catch up on that. Just had an dentist appointment today: D

Thanks for this video. I just cant seem to get out of the cycle of pushing things back hours or worrying about so many things I have trouble dealing with. I also tend to argue, too. Its great that your content is keeping people informed and also shares helpful advice that may aid others.

Nice video really came on point ever since school closed i promised my self I'll be drawing during holiday but i usually fail to do tasks as I've made it a morning routine though i actually found out baby steps are worth it and part of the process of achievement

I dont procrastinate, but a family member does. I tell them to about the Two Minute Rule (giving a name to your suggestion. I tell them to set their timer for two minutes. They can do anything for two mins. They usually continue on from there.

Unhealthy habits number 2 and 6 are ones I really struggle with, I can keep myself happy and stay positive most of the time, but my physical and mental energy are my downfall, especially when Im a stressful situation.

I think pretty much the only ones I don't do are arguing with friends and family, and skipping breakfast (even if mine isn't the best- a cup of coffee and an apple)
