Whilst it is true that additional sugar and unhealthy products consumed with coffee create unhealthy outcomes, you will find research evidence shows caffeine itself has far more positive than negative effects & contributes to positive health outcomes. In contrast to what is stated in the video, drinking coffee in the morning wont kill you and is in fact a misleading message to be putting out en masse. In addition, dehydration is a clinical condition- & cannot necessarily be causally related to drinking coffee in the morning

im very scared because i got nothing else to do but sit down and watch yt and play video games me and my family NEVER go out and its really annoying and i am very shy i dont wanna go and communicate with the neighborhood kids and idk i sit for so many hours and i wish i was more outgoing so everytime i sent out there would be no awkwardness i just hate my life rn i am not happy at all and all i want is to be happy BUT I HAVENT BEEN HAPPY FOR THE PAST 2 FRIGGIN YEARS SO I AM PROBABLY GOING TO DIE

Am I the only one who saw the discs in on the wall in the thumbnail, the ranboo sticker the the bee sticker and the discs and the micheal plush in the same scene in the video, the discs again from the scene that was in the thumbnail. That was all the dsmp references I found. Btw the reason why I said the bee sticker was a reference is bc tubbo likes bees

Because if you look, there is the discs for tommy, a sticker of a bee on the computer for Tubbo, another sticker that looks like Ranboos Minecraft avatar a bit, and in the corner it looks like Micheal

Usually when I'm sitting for too long I would get take my phone and headphones, go back to the first floor and walk around the house listening to music but sometimes I can overdo it (i think) because when I walk for to long generally my right or both would just stop for a split second and then go back to normal

I know I'm one of those people who drinks coffee first thing in the morning, but you know what I do immediately afterward? Drink water. And I continue to drink water throughout the day, at least 16 oz at a time. If you're like me and recognize that you do some of these habits, do your best to mitigate them ASAP.

Good lord, I surely have the #4 habit. When waking up, I feel groggy until I get a coffee and serve it before anything else. That may explain why sometimes I feel acid.
Can it be corrected by drinking or eating something else first?

Another thing: weak personal boundaries. Setting strong boundaries is very important to avoid resentment. Not only does people pleasing take a toll on you mentally and emotionally, it can also affect your physical health as well.

well guess i'm dying early as wanted lol. but interesting point on the vitamins and supplements, because my parents force me to take many vitamins every day and get mad if i don't, but now idk what to do lmfao

Sadly, my sister drinks coffee first thing in the morning almost every day. I'll try to stop her soon. She thinks it's okay. in fact, she's drinking coffee right now. She alwasy drinks coffee for breakfast.

I like to make the joke that I dont know vitamins are because o only eat real foods.
Fruits, veggies, grains, dairies and meats, nuts and beans and water.

I only eat when I'm not hungry, because I just don't get hungry for some reason. I can notice that I need to eat something because I'm tired sometimes, though.

I do drink coffee in the morning but I know that it makes my stomach acidic, so I first drink water then eat something so that it doesn't get bad

I think I'm doing fine for the most part. The only pills I take are Ampicillin (prescribed for my skin) and multivitamins.
