I kinda find myself with the part about the positive self-talk because I am disabled.
The reason why it is in quotes is that I don't see myself like that, but a lot of people label me as one.
Do you have some tips for me? Or something else to boost my confidence.
Or at least being felt accepted by the people who do label/judge by someone who as how I'd say it a disability (because those who do not find themselves limited but are labeled as one know their selves)
So if you have some tips for me or any other person sharing some same believe as mine, do you have any tips?

My problem is that I've only had two partners and both of them were extremely critical during the act.
It seemed like they were both very anxious which I didn't necessarily mind but the problem is the way that it manifested. They were hypercritical of my nervousness in the situation.
They were also starting to pick on me for things they were originally trying to help me feel confident about.
I have a hard time trusting people with that kind of thing anymore.

This is. pretty calming, actually. Especially when I've gotten in my head so much about every bit of myself that I've never let myself get intimate and vulnerable with anyone. ever, yet. And I've let myself get really scared about it. Like. really scared. But somehow, this video has taken a bit of the edge off.

To be honest, i don't feel confident in that way since my last relationship, i think it's hard to find someone new who i can trust with that kind of thing but i'm hoping it will eventually happen again because i know how much pleasure it can give which anyone should get to feel at least once.
