How other countries would react?
They would NEVER let it happen. The first country that would come in to destabilize the entire continent is the US.
At the same time, China would be trying to control the whole continent via a Trojan horse.
This is why Africa is the way it is now, centuries of exploitation and theft of it's resources.

Now Africa has grown 1 Billion in GDP and it has taken over France UK But still behind India and Germamy. Africa is almost as the same speed as China and India GDP growth. It might be a ver good thing for Africa.
