One thing I appreciate about living here is the lack of natural disasters. Worst thing that can happen is a flood, or a strong wind, which still sucks, but there's literally nothing else, and since there are areas that have a lot of hills and mountains in certain parts you can avoid even the floods mostly. Plus there are like, no dangerous animals here. I don't think we even have more than one species of venomous snakes

Having the opportunity to visit most of the countries in Europe and Poland as well, I would not consider that country to be any worse off than Austria, Hungary, Czech- Slovakia or Switzerland and others as being land locked. Poland does have access to the Baltic at the seaport at Gdansk. but from a foreign aggression aspect, they could not be in much of a worse location than Poland is.

You miss one thing, it was a nobility who was mostly responisble for the downfall of the Kingdom by crippling the power of the monarchy and denying other states voice in matters of the country, abusing Liberum Veto to tear up any attempt of reforms and working with other nations for gold.

I don't understand how poland has bad geography looking at countries like the baltics or Moldova I'd say its just a result of bad neighbour's, if countries like Czech or Slovakia were its enemies its geography would be good as the tatry mountains are there.

There's a wrong thing said abbout poland in 1772.
Poland had resources to defeat enemy, even from each side, that was not a problem for poland's army at the time.
What they had not was a consistent and wise ruler that would bring them to battle.

If there is anything that Poland could learn from this recent history, its: dont rely on your allies! They stabbed Poland in the back after ww2 in Yalta and didnt take any action against Germany in 1939.
