Nomadic lifestyle: Mongolians have traditionally been nomadic herders, moving from place to place to find food for their animals. This lifestyle does not require a lot of people in one place.

(I do know a lot about Mongolian history though! Absolutely fascinating, and the life of the greatest khan to ever live is not only interesting, but very inspirational aswell. Say what you want about the great Chinggis Khan, but that guy is a legend and would put any Japanese Shonen Anime Protagonist to shame)

Where you found that Buddhist Monks of Mongolia, were not allowed to have a Wife and a Family?
Most had, is allowed, in Buddhist religion, but only 1 Wife.
Sovietics came and burned Mongolian Buddhist Temples and Monasteries, besides slaughtering Mongolia Buddhist Monks.
That is not Normal, no offense.
Do you see how poor Mongolia is, but how clean, the country is?

It was good information and very understandable but I wish it were longer. bi would love to see a video about how Mongolian s live when they are moving around. I believe they can stop and put together a very comfy and warm home before it's bedtime. More info please

manchu are not nomadic herders. they are a settled town living farmers who also hunt and gather.
people confused them with nomadic society because they are famed for their Horsemenship and Horseback archery but they are NOT nomadic like the Mongols and Turks.

What a strange and unique place. I heard Ash Dykes on a podcast with Joe Rogan saying that it-s so quiet that you can hear your own body functioning. Complete silence in so much of the country. That-s the true wilderness of earth.

It-s because of geography and climate why Mongolia is the least densely populated country in the world! It is far too hot in summer and far too cold in winter with inadequate amounts of rain.

Reminded of the big sparsely populated states in the American West but Alaska at around 0. 4 pop km2 is the only less dense US state. Idaho around 9, Montana about 3, Nevada 11, Wyoming 2. 3
