Maybe we don't use our 100% coz a lot things go on inside our body without our Knowing like growth due to mitosis. we learned it later. we were doing it from a long time but we find out later. why didn't our brain tell us like here the cell is dividing and production of new cells. and we take vitamin d from sun but we discovered later. why brain didn't tell us why we didn't feel it. there are anlot of things like this. think about it

10 percent is way too less for a percent of how much we use a HUMAN BRAIN cause that includes understanding the signals of senses and by our memory, and skills so one ordinary person actually even might use 90 percent of his or her brain.

We use nomaly 5% of our brain some other use like 7, 8 or 10 % amazin can you imagine how 11 % will be like to you know any step of one % can switch many thing but if you gets 20% of your brain is more easy to go to 40% yep just 20%

So if you need to eat more hours of the day to feed your brain more so you can use more of it at once, doesnt that mean obese people are technically achieving that? Yare Yare, I need sleep.

So if you were to eat foods with high energy regularly, and somehow manage to make a heart that can sustain the energy, our brain would be working at a much faster pace.

=Average(1: 17. is 8. 5% which is only 1. 5 off the 10% but could be 10%. This video is actually verifying the myth as not a myth.
