So plague help to reform economic, social, altogether living status of people as there were less people after plague and also after plague only best remain which were thus further inherited and was helpful. But due to antibiotics bacteria and viruses has developed strain and strength creating more dangerous potential threat. I love how the spread of a disease can differ through out history yet with our technology we still couldn't contain a outbreak in 2020 due to lack of communication, horrible government infrastructure, and just straight lack of fear.
