Misconception. I dare you to get 2000 calories from only simple refined sugars and animal derived food for a period of time. Followed by another period in which you get 2000 calories from only veggie and fruits. You will find out which 2000 calories actually cause you problems. Not all calories are the same.

I eat 5+ times a day (besides my dessert and other small meals) but I'm still thin (not skeleton thin but ectomorph kind of thin. Docotors have got it all wrong - there are several factors that cause obesity besides overeating. I am a living witness (and no, I don't have HIV)

another reason is that unhealthy taste because when we were cavemen the gave us a boost and they were rare but now you get cheaply at a store our body is programmed to like the taste of unhealthy food because it's used to be rare

Since half the kids in my school are are in 2040 theres probably gonna be a massive decline in the population from 9-8bil
