Simpler explanation:
By asking if I asked you if the one to your left is R, would you say ozo, you are asking a loaded question that T and F will always answer correctly( if the answer is ozo, then no matter if its T or F your that the person to the left is indeed R) but theres always the possibility that you asked R which gives no result. Thus, with the gods answer being ozo, you can deduce that either the god you asked or the god to the left is R, leaving no possibility of the god to the right being R. And since T and F will always give reliable answers you can use your remaining 2 questions( by reliably asking for the others identities) and the process of elimination to deduce whos who.
Hope that helps anyone who was confused, I had to watch the video 5 times and stare at a wall for an hour to figure it out lol

I think the answer is.
the T (always) say the truth and the F (always) the false
1. Ask someone is my name amro? (No one knows my name)
If he replied then he is R (cause he will say random answers despite true or false) and if he didnt reply then he is T or F (cause he cant lie and he cant say the truth also they both dont know the true answer is maybe my name Amro or not).
Repeat the first question to different person if the first one didnt reply to determine the R
2. Ask someone of the remaining two (T or F) that you and him alone is T standing right now?
if he replied then he is T (cause he knows himself) if he didnt then he is F cause he dont know if T is standing or sitting so he cant lie.

If I asked you whether 2+2 is 4, would you answer 'ozo'?
If ozo means yes:
T will say yes (ozo) since it's true.
F will say no (ulu) truthfully, but lies and says yes (ozo. This works since F would not say yes to the question since it lies. F can't say it would answer yes (ozo) since it would not technically. So it answers no (ulu) first, then lies about that and says yes (ozo)
If ozo means no:
T will say no (ozo) since it would not say no (ozo. T basically says No, I will not say no
F will say no (ozo) since the same reasoning above. It lies about what it truthfully thinks.
