Ignoring completely the parting of the sea so you could touch the walls with your outstretched hands as written and also ignoring how 600000 people including women, children and the elderly with all their possessions are going to walk this in one night with a wall of water on each side, fifteen miles at least. How can you turn the parting of the red sea to the lowering of the tide exposing a causeway. This is something that Moses ordered the sea to do followed by the parting not something they just happened upon in progress. Has this natural occurrence ever happened near the place where Moses crossed some three thousand plus years ago? Is there some shallow stretch that goes entirely across the red sea? No and no.

I've seen a number of estimates that there were around 600, 000 Israelites that crossing the Red Sea. Let's say it's a very shallow area - river, lake, whatever. Two problems - 600, 000 people have to cross it.
Imagine what the problems would be having 600, 000 people cross a stream, or a shallow pond or something. That would be a huge mess. They would need the Egyptian Army to come along and help them out.
And then, and this is even a greater miracle - walls of water come crashing down on the Egyptian Army killing them all.

God works with everything all at once. so maybe this was going to happen anyway and because knows the weather and the tides He led Moses there just at the right time. There are no coincidences everything is a sea of cause and effect and the causes start way before we see the effects, but God sees it all, causes it all and knows the effects of everything all the way back to the beginning. Praise the wondrous God.

In order to refute the crossing of the Red Sea, you have to look point by point at all the statements made about the crossing, like the wind blowing all night and that they passed through as if on dry land. This is just one statement. I don't know if I've ever seen such a point by point analysis.

BS. Moses didn't lead the people out of Egypt because there were no Hebrew slaves there! Archaeology has discovered that the pyramids were built by Egyptian laborers. and there is NO record of Egyptians enslaving Hebrews. it is all a myth.

Is it truly harder to believe that Moses planned the escape (maybe even with the push from god) than it is to believe that God gave Moses special powers to part the sea, yet Moses no longer exists and this still occurs to this day

Since there is no credible evidence that Moses is anything more than a mythical individual or that there were any large numbers of Hebrew slaves in Egypt, I think we can safely conclude this so called parting didn't happen either.
