What Really Happened When Elvis Met Richard Nixon

In 1970, there were few - if any - people in America more famous than Elvis Presley and Richard Nixon. Both the King of Rock and Roll and the president of the United States were at the top of the world, and only a few years away from their dramatic falls from grace - which is part of what makes their December 21, 1970, meeting at the White House so fascinating

Accordining to You using Bud Crow for RATINGS and Thumbs Up Subscriptions! Show a video where Elvis Aron Presley was ever jealous of any band or singer or imitator in this world! To my recollection Everyone in the World Says The King Of R and R never had to complain about other Musicians music! Before Elvis There Was Nothing. by John Lennon! Sorry WRONG time to Pick on Mr. PFC Sg. US Army 1958-60 426+ Hit Records and 33 Cinema Motion Picture Movies! The Human Singing Machine. Elvis knew who admired him just look at videos who in music and entertainment wore Long Sideburns! I think Bud Crow and yourself would have begged for Elvis Presley to sign his autograph on any shirt or object of his! According to 50, 000, 000 milion Elvis Fans vs many Las Vegas wannabes!

I remember an interview of John Kennon where he was so honored and couldn't believe it when he mew Elvis, how disappointed he was that The Beatles never shared a stage with him, and how he wished they could have met more than once. It seems none of The Beatles ever knew Elvis essentially resented them. Maybe for the better.

I can understand the paranoia that eventually brought Nixon down. He was under constant assault by the Dems/Communists. He knew what he was up against. Knowing what we know today, Obama and Biden have far exceeded Nixon's transgressions. At least he was pro-America, unlike those two leftist radical dirtbags.

Elvis was something! You have to admit he had balls of steel, wakes up one day decides he wants a badge from the President of the United States gets on a plane by himself flies to Washington arranges an appt. with The POTUS. AND GETS THE BADGE! Incredible. Love him.

Fascinating rundown of one of our weirdest episodes. Unfortunate that several of the frames are people who are either dressed like Elvis Presley, or bear some resemblance to him--but are not him. Kind of makes the video seem like it was made by bots.

Elvis was so cool. He did what he wanted, but he was always a gentleman and polite. He's charm the ladies and authority figures, to the point that they didn't know what was happening. He was The King and a Great American Hero

Elvis wanted the badge because he collected them, and nothing was higher than a federal badge. Pricilla's comment was silly, and most likely because the whole trip occurred after an argument the two had.

Nixon, Elvis, and a gun loaded with silver bullets, all in the same room. If a real wearwolf had suddenly jumped out from behind a currtain nobody would have even blinked.

This is why I like 50s to late 60s Elvis better, cause in the 70s he was losing it. You need training to be a federal agent, dude just wanted to be invincible.

Elvis was tweaked out. Its actually all pretty understandable when you take that into consideration. Everything kinda makes sense under those parameters.

Best of his time? He's the king my man. He's the best period. But don't tell that to Jerry Lee Lewis. Did you know he tried to kill elvis one night.

I had to check the date on this video. The weirdest of ALL time? We're in a post Kanye explaining sonic jets lads, it doesnt get weirder.

Elvis did not fall from grace. Just tell us when he received the award not life story which has nothing to do with the award and not true.

A movie should be made of this. It is so hilarious but poignant at the same time. Concidering what happened to them both later on.

I don't think he would've made a good agent because, most people would've recognized him making it very difficult to go undercover.

A meeting of a Trump - level criminal president and a fat, pill -popping addicted musical icon. ONLY IN BATSHIT CRAZY AMERICA.
reply

I'm sure it was just coincidental that Elvis hated the Beatles and the Beatles were way outselling him with their records.
reply

Elvis was just a junky basically with lots of money and power. Amazing how society respects ppl who basically act or sing.
reply

Even Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash would scratch their heads at this and say Are you out of your goddamn mind. Did it work?
reply

His handwriting wasn't perfect but look at how most people can't even spell nor write in cursive today. So he was fine
