I hate lamb and mutan. Cant even stand the smell of either cooking. The smell makes me sick literally. Sounds like I would probably like the second or third class menu without the organ meats as I also hate liver and any organ meats the smell of them cooking also makes me feel sick. When it comes to food the simpler the better no exotic meats or exotic fish or anything like that. Keep it simple and ordinary for me. Like eggs, maybe some bacon, biscuits or bread or toast with the jam and that whipped butter, breakfast potatoes browned and cooked with onions and maybe some bell peppers if available or not either way its good. A nice coffee with cream and sugar. That sandwich with lunch meat like turkey or chicken and some nice cheese on that fresh bread would be delicious add some mayonnaise and lettuce and tomato. The dinner with the steak looked delicious and baked potatoe. I would add whipped butter and sour cream and chives and ofcourse any fresh vegetables cooked and a nice salad added. Dessert s like cake or pie would be delicious

Unfortunately the Captain of the titanic was Captain Edward Smith and he did everything in his power to make sure all of his passengers got to New York in a record breaking time. He died when the Titanic sunk and his body was never found. A statue in his honor was made and placed in London to honor the hero.

Douglas could have been one of the wealthy men of the day who thought their lives more important than any lower class persons life, woman or child, but he was a good man who believed women and children should be saved first He gave his life for others and I've read God has a special place in heaven for that.

My grandmother sailed on White Star's Celtic just a few months after Titanic went down, so whatever was on the menu for third class on the latter, this would be what she was served.
Overall, second class dining choices seem pretty good: varied without being too basic or unnecessarily fancy.

Spoiler alert! They ate food like everyone else in the entire world. People treat the Titanic as if it sailed here from an alternate universe. I don't understand the fascination. Like, oh wow, look at this fork that was recovered from Titanic, because forks only existed on a boat.

Guess its the first time that fish was caught, almost ready to be served but then quickly thrown back into the ocean. The living sealife surrounding the Titanic at sinking day told stories to their guppies that it was the finest selection of foods ever given to them by men.

I love these videos I saw the Titanic exhibit twice and twice the names I got were first class ladies so if I was on the titanic it wouldve been first class I love all the food options they had why cant we have them now

I don't believe in separation of classes. All food should be the same for everyone. That's the problem with white people, especially British and Americans and Europeans. Classism is wrong.

Hungry for ALL of this food save Tripe. But, maybe fried is OK. I think all of that heavy food + grape scissors lead to the ship NOT being able to turn fast to avoid the iceberg.
