I rather be 4'11 than being 16'0 because I run real fast without any joint problems. It's like cars without a jet engine comparison like a small formula 1 car to a big Dump truck.
If people are 16 feet, smaller people might try to do parkour on the shoulders of giant people to get to another building to one to another or get on their shoulder close to their head to to get their attention, and maybe for a ride.

If there were 16 ft plus tall humans on earth, than Attack on Titan would be real. First, they'd come for the cattle, than humans, depending on their numbers. However they wouldn't be naked geldings.
