Most likely it's would start pulling all the debris in the the oort cloud towards it on its approach but if it gets too close it can steal planets and and even cause out sun to start rotating around it, it's doomsday for the planets on the other hand.

If we still are around, just imagine where we'd be technologically. Who knows, by that time we may of already mined the Oort cloud of most of its resources. In 1. 3 million years I have little doubt we wouldn't be able to deal with the intruder.

Hey guys, sorry for the very late comment, but do you know what would be worse than a rogue star coming and passing by Earth? It would be a fast rogue star coming into the solar system and actually impacting Earth in a head on collision.
