I've been holding my sneezes since about 13ish, and I'm 23 now. When I was in my early teens sometime, I decided that I really hated sneezing and a bunch of mucus and what not coming out. Especially when I didn't have anything to sneeze into or anything. Haven't had any problems, and in fact it feels pretty good a lot of the time. Due to what they've shown in the video, I guess I wouldn't recommend it, but I'll probably continue to do it, it would feel very weird not to at this point.
Edit: I feel it's especially convenient for me because I sneeze pretty often due to having the thing where bright light makes me sneeze.

I started holding my sneezes when we had to all were masks especially in school in the morning is were I have more allergy-s and when I sneeze in the mask it was wet and so I started holding my sneezes but now I have two choices sneeze for the sake of my life or die to not wet my mask

I took a broom leaf or fibre (whatever it's called) put it in my nose. After a minute. When I sneezed I was the happiest person on planet Earth
