I believe it would depend on which alien was invading Earth to begin with. The greys seem rather interested in breeding with humans as well as other odd things they've done to abductees. If a race of aliens invaded that were aggressive and hungry then we'd be, as said in video, the new cattle. A peaceful race may not invade but truly come in peace to perhaps observe humans, maybe they've been visiting for thousands of years to watch the progression of Earth itself. I'd prefer the peaceful observers.

Welp, now thanks to the US coming clean about the reality of aliens, plus the fact that world leaders held a meeting discussing aliens, we now now they are real. (Aside from numerous video recordings etc) The aliens made humanity lol. They now study us along with gave us ideas for all our greatest inventions. There's no way we can ever hope to reach their levels, due to the fact that our vibrations are so low. They don't understand why we kill each other and fight so much.

You got some hypothetical details wrong, but this happened many many years ago. Not new. They feed on our energy. Not for travel, or fuel, but for sustenance. Other classes of ETs have had our backs the whole time, and keep the world in semi-balance. Angels, demons, ghosts, Djinn, Vampires, Werewolves, Mothman, Bigfoot, all are just Aliens screwing with us.

I think they would not eat us because we are from different solar systems so we have different food.
But I would bring my cats or we just move to the ocean and give land to the aliens but if they give me all my stuff and my cats and my family in a chamber I am fine with that.
Edit: Or fuse me with my cats and turn me aquatic to add to the zoo.

It took over half the span of the universe for life to be created on Earth, any intelligent species in the universe would understand this, appreciate our level of technological progress and peacefully coexist with us and most likely just leave us alone and watch us from a distance for their own research.

Eeee! If an alien ever tries to threat us humans, I would punch them in the face, hard, oh, and by the way I broke a plate into 3 pieces when I was like, 10 or 11, and I managed to bend a metal fork when I was like, 8 or 9, so let's just say when it comes to aliens, I won't be taking any prisoners

If you have to travel through entire galaxy to eat something, then you wouldn't make it far as an advanced civilization on your home planet. They probably wouldn't even have to eat nothing at all because they would transfer their bodies into machines.
