if i controlled the internet, id give 1000, 10000, or 100000, depending on how much things cost, of in game currency to everyone who hasnt got it in that game yet, i would make sure no one ever gets a virus again, id make sure no hackers got into anything ever again, id give every bank account $1000 every year on january 1st, (assuming id be rich) i would rickroll everyone every year on april 1st, i would do my best to make sure everyone loves it. and of course, i would get the real club penguin back with all of the old accounts.
also, im fine with living in a bunker, but i would be able to go outside because id never show my face

If I had control over the internet I'll declare a online troll hunt against trolls but it'll not only stop on trolls karens, antivaxxers, SJWs and cyber bullies will be marked as fugitives in the internet but that's it everything will stay the same and I'll even make it faster to parts of the world where it's pretty slow and make it accessible too
