Most probably the Killer Whale would win in the battle although the Sea Scorpion is poisonous and with it's dangerous Claws but ORCA's are high intelligent, and very smart, if not how could they hunt Sharks and Stingrays, very dangerous prey item, the Whales would know that scorpion's are poisonous and if they really want, they will ambush the Scorpion very Carefully

If you want to use the biggest eurypterdia area from the speices eurypterid, the scorpion is a silurodia type so it looks like just a huge scorpion in water like brontoscorpio, i think the eurypterida speices like pterygotus because they can reach 10ft and wait for prey AND swim clear in the coeans

If anything this battle was more drawn out than it should've been. The largest sea scorpions didn't even have stingers on their tails - they had flukes instead - and their claws wouldn't be able to do more than slightly scratch an orca. Meanwhile an orca could kill the scorpion in a single bite.

Give a hungry otter a 10kg lobster and that mammal would find a way to outsmart and smash that carapace.
