There is no such thing as cow's milk lactose intolerance. We are just not calves. Stop drinking past lactancy age. You can be lactose tolerant but your bones will suffer from osteoporosis like the majority of people where the cows baby food is consumed the most. The same with animal flesh, just because we can eat it doesn't mean is good for our health.

Before we change this, we (as humans) should figure out how to solve things like being overweight that causes the most death and makes life miserable for many people (not to mention that the number of overweight people is rapidly growing. Probably making digestion faster would solve the issue in most cases. :)

Tbh with all medical work we do the ourselves even down to removing wisdom teeth, we could be slowing down our rate of evolution because our genes are not adapting to these ongoing issues. We don-t allow nature to have its way.
