Honestly, the best place to create a global village would probably be Mumbai. We have a 20-35 degree average temperature. We have forests, mountains and the Arabian sea in the city. We have buildings, bungalows and all different kinds of housing. We have an unlimited amount of food sourcing AND we have solar panels on most two-storey houses.
But it's difficult to live in a city when there are only a few people to run it

How about we put something in the water that every other (random) woman becomes infertile. This would eventually half our population and then half it again, and maybe when we shrink to like 500, 000 we could start over. Not a bad idea, huh?
