Potential solution:
For human race to survive this event, there are some certain steps we should immediately do, to survive. Days after Earth leaves its orbit and drifts out of Solar System, humanity would have start to build as many spaceships as possible, gather all fuel available on Earth, and then, when Earth is close to Mars, send thousands of rockets full of people, plant life samples, all technology, life supporting systems invented, 3D printers and more. Then, if there is no human on Earth - we should immediately build bases on Mars. 3D Printers could actually help to build shields made of Mars regolith that would protect humans inside of bases. When bases are build, we should do everything we can do to make our bases self sustainable. We could build as many self sustainable bases to settle people taken from Earth. As long as Earth isn't far away, we should still visit it to gather resources to improve life on Mars.
When situation is calmed, humanity build hundreds of bases on Mars and counting, we should start terraformation. If we have technology that allows humans to survive on Mars for a long time, we have also technology to make it a little bit better place.
If residents of Mars would get some sickness because of Mars weak gravity, we would need to use genetic engineering. Genetically changed humans could adapt to weak gravity of Mars. Later, if millions of bases on Mars are stable, without problems, humanity could terraform Mars, and then expand through Solar System.
Humanity saved.

If the Earth went interstellar, (rogue) humanity COULD survive, but only IF artificial environments could be constructed DEEP underground and we took all various species of life down there with us. The underground artificial environments would include creating massive hydroponics and nature preserves for the needed plant and animal life to survive in order for humanity to survive. Granted about 80 to 90 percent of humanity and all other species of the Earth would not survive, only what we could save to be sent into however many deep underground artificial environments we could construct in whatever the amount of time we would have before Earth goes interstellar. Currently, we DO have the means and technology to construct such underground artificial environments, but the question remains, would we?

People are going to exit their bomb shelter in about a year to see the last vision of the sun. Pissed that the steel and O2 machines, and stored food and water, made them die alone, in space.
