If earth crashed into Saturn and both are in the -habitable zone- wouldn-t that mean that saturn would be able to POTENTIALLY hold life after a couple million years? Isn-t that how -new- planets are formed

There was an old theory that there was another Earth on the other side of the Sun -Neo Earth-. but once man started sending probes out they found no Neo Earth so the theory was forgotten.
