What if the Japanese Won World War 2?
video description
They never poke Pearl Harbor.
Americans have 2 extremes that we live by: we don't give a shit, or we'll kick your shit in. The first one is basically saying if it doesn't directly affect us, we don't care and the second one is a situation in which someone attacked us first. Historically, the American People disapproved of wars like Vietnam and Korea, wars where the aggressors didn't actually attack American soil. Meanwhile, we only really went to war in '41 because of Pearl Harbor and didn't give a shit about Afghanistan until 9/11. If Pearl Harbor was never attacked and Japan just went around the Philippines, the US wouldn't have intervened. Americans don't have the stomach for war until someone attacks us. We're quite happy in our little isolated bubble until someone pokes that bubble. And we were in the process of leaving the Philippines anyways. Given ten years, we would've left regardless of whether a war had happened, at which point the Japanese Empire could've moved in and taken it. The US never gets involved, Japan secures its empire, and the three remaining world powers by 1950 are the United States, the Empire of Japan, and the German Reich.

The Human race is no longer propelled by alpha and beta male standerds. That left our race approximately 700, 000 years ago to 1. 5 million years ago. Generals are Alpha male is a ridiculous quotation. You done so much What if-ing it seems that you forgot Einstein and a group of Scientists proved the theorys of nuclear chemistry just about ending WW2 after Germany surrendered. People need to remember that Alpha in the human race is a literal definition of social position. While in the wild it has much more different implications. If men keep wondering why they cant get laid putting expectations of themselves up like this its there fault. This next statement proves it. If you gotta girlfriend her loyalty would be harder to trust in a room alone with a guy with 22 million in the bank than with 22 inch arms. We sleep with each other completely because of materialistic assets now. Thats one of the reasons humans were acclimated towards looks since prehistoric records because it sets a standard of whats safe to reproduce with. If you think your shallow because you like what you like you shouldnt.

The picture he shows is of a Chinese person killing another Chinese person, lol. Most of the pictures that are of Nanjing arent actually of Nanjing. The reason why Japan went to war with the USA was because they were allies of Britain and the USA, and all of the sudden, a new administration came in, and they were no longer treated as allies. This made the Japanese very angry, when they had been loyal for such a long time, then all of the sudden they were facing oil, and scrap iron embargoes. Plus, they had to deal with European countries taking over their surrounding Asian neighbors. Japan should have asked UK to mediate over their behalf, but probably wouldnt have worked since FDR did whatever he wanted. The US made a gentlemans agreement with Japan called the Asian exclusion act that forbid Japan to send emigrants to the USA. Japan is a small island nation, that didnt have enough food to feed its population. So many people would die of famine, that is why people were going abroad.

The USA Declaration of War on Japan was going to happen whether Pearl Harbour was attacked or not, that Bill/Declaration was going to be dropped on the floor of Congress that day but was 1 hour late (for some reason) before the attack on Pearl Harbour, you can still find that Draft in your congressional Library, as the Peru Cables can be found there as well (Japan's multiple attempts to negotiate surrender via Peru due to usa going silent so they can drop their nukes. The optics greatly changed after Japan attacked usa for the justification on entering the war. a war that would get the USA out of the Great Depression and getting Territorial concessions (british bases around the globe, technology transfers, and special economic treatment within the British Common Wealth. Murica entering World War 2 wasn't based on some notion of Noble endevour/enterprise as (murican) primary/high schools and movies (propaganda) would have us to believe.

Ill take Things that would never happen for 800.
Even if Yamamoto could of bested the USN in the pacific in 1942 and sank nearly all high value targets;
-Japan would of not of been able to mount a ground assault on Hawaii and win.
-The US would continue to fight and spam ships at a enormous rate, even more so if the fleet got sank. This would of eventually sank the Japanese fleet.
The war would of probably gone for another year maybe two if that happened. When Germany fell, the soviets smelling blood were not
too far behind. Yalta agreement was no more than 90 days after Germany surrendered that the USSR would enter the war against Japan.
Possible invasion of the home islands by the USSR if they had a way across, but the IJA would of been done in mainland China.
Even if not they would of been surrounded and cut off from all trade and kept contained on the island.

14: 00 Given what I know about how Japan operated in China I would expect there to be a lot of large families outside of Japan. With all that extra land and wealth, and with the extremely conservative Shinto dominated culture I would expect much of the demographic growth that ASEAN countries saw in our timeline disproportionately go towards Japanese genotypes. In addition they might encourage some sort of racially hierarchy where people who were partially Japanese were put somewhere between non-Japanese and fully Japanese, I think Sri Lanka has something like this. Bottom line, I don't know that Japan would be as troubled by Demographics as you predict here. I think overtime Taiwan would come to see a place of honorary home island where even in our timeline some of the older generation of Taiwanese saw the end of the Japanese occupation as 'the good old days. '

'Shattered Sword' the best book regarding Midway has dispeled the myth that if US didn't make peace, Japan could take Hawaii due to heavy fortification, over 11000 US soildiers, and a large land based USAAF matching the size of the entire Japanese fleet's airpower. Japan could not blockade Hawaii effectively as the distance required would cost too many resources for their vessels. Japan may take Midway island and cut link between US and Australia by invading Fiji in late 42, but with ships from Atlantic being used to reinforce the Pacific and upcoming mass produced ships and other weapons, US could still launch invasion from Hawaii against central and South Pacific in 43 and 44. Before US had clear numerical and quality advantage Japan could not achieve sufficient victory.

Japan did not bomb pearl harbor to strike a blow to the USA
Japan did it to jump start our involvement becouse we wanted to say out of it. dont credit them for that
But definitely De-credit them for thinking american wasnt gonna work harder than japan During the ladder part of the (war)
When we jumped in THEN it was officially WW2 /towards the end.
America had no intrest until pearl harbor.
Ww1 was still fresh in the society
They never thought they could win a war with the states but fight doggedly and come to a more favorable compromise.
And is a slew of errors but i not gonna stay here and breakdown all your errors.

bottles in finger come out and play
America: pulls out machines gun from window

I still dont think there is a scenario where Japanese could win or even maintain the empire, just within years of their expansion, there are many resistance groups and independence movement that arise, they could maintain some territories but that's about it. With a bulk of their army tied in China which was hoping to force a surrender of China, which fail miserably, they would be drag into a war of attrition, albeit a long one. In China, there are plenty of guerrilla raids and attacks that makes their occupation costly, its almost impossible to wait for China to surrender when you pretty much have a Chinese holocaust, you can't surrender if your entire ethnicity is going to be exterminated and enslaved

Japan has won the Pacific War. It is Japan that has achieved the purpose of the war. The survival of Japan and the imperial family and the liberation of Asia. It is also written in the Imperial Government Statement before the beginning of the war. During the war, Myanmar, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia declared independence by the Japanese army and received national approval from the Axis powers. Immediately after the end of the war, Indonesia declared independence to the former colonial power of the Netherlands.
