Sadly, Level 7 only lets you SEE the Level 6 civilization bottleneck - not solve it. Trying to re-solidify religion will NOT help solve it. Spirituality has to make the transformative leap to level 8 to bridge the gap, and I just don't see us being ready for that any time soon.
