This is how I always approach the -is water wet? - question.
Take fire, okay. Fire itself is not burning- that is to say, fire does not react to itself by being burnt. It just creates more fire, which is not the state of being burnt. The state of being burnt is being reduced to ashes, giving off carcinogens, etc etc.
Same idea with water.
Another good analogy is dirt- dirt itself cannot be -dirty- because it is the dirt.
It is the catalyst that creates the effect, and it cannot create the same effect upon itself because that effect is cancelled out by just being what it is.
Water is not wet.

3: 40 honesly, this kind of things are why being an atheist and think life is meaningless doesn't give me depression (i'm depressed because of other things, the world around us is magnificent; thinking about all the things that happened to us for exist is incredible, like we're lucky to exist because our planet is in the havitable zone of one star. It wonder me why people need to belive in things like religion and pseudo science to give meaning to theyr existance, i mean, sure you can belive what you want, but there are too many belives that lead people to violence, religion is just one of them.

For me AI ends being AI when it starts wondering the following 1, Is that smell, me? 2. What am I doing with my life? 3. gets angry in traffic. However, having said that, based on my failure with Captchas, I might be a web bot and unaware of it meaning I am the break through in AI science fiction writers have been imagining, based on my living habits, there is no fear, I am as necrotic as any human.

I think he-s say he-s trying to try other relationships after I-ve let him get away with committing infractions in our dating life. But something in me must have said I-ve met parts of them dressed as wholes because in order to become a disciple you can skip the beginning and just make them keep repeating until you learn your masters core concepts

Bill Nye is a national treasure that we need to protect at all cost. His love for life is apparent and science brings him joy. I love the fact that though these questions appear dumb he tries his best to explain it with a sense even though snarky, it's not belittling and he finds something intriguing to build on anyways. Love this guy.

for water to be wet, the substance has to have more than 1 atom of water. for something to be wet it has to be attached or surrounded by a water molecule. for water to be wet all it has to do is be surrounded or connected to other water molecules. so yes, water can be and usually is wet
