Really longtime with Apple. A very devoted and dedicated to his job. Can imagine in 1998 Apple revenue was 5. 94 million. in 2024 Apple revenue was 94. 9 billion, Apple market cap is 3. 67 trillion today, for a company that was pretty close to be bankrupt in 1998. Can find another CEO dedicated to a company like Mr. Cook. Feel sad when he says that Steve office is never being touch. Mr. Cook is one of the kind. That is funny until his hair turned grey, is already grey, a nice and very personal interview. Mr. Job did not want to happen to Apple What happen to Disney the Disney owner died with no one in charge it took I believe two years not sure. There won't be Apple without this CEO. Thank you.

Timmy shafted iPhone 14 Pro users by cutting off so many features LIKE AI/ CHAT GPT integration that those phones could have handled and not to mention Apple often has different hardware issues and the software hardware integration isn’t as smooth as during Steve Jobs time. I’m saying this as an Apple fan. Why should I pay for a iPhone 17 pro that would be made of aluminium when this year I can actually buy a premium iPhone with titanium build
Also we want better battery life. Not thin phones with annoying camera bump

Tim Cook has truly driven Apple into the ground, but the blame lies in the hands of the Board of Directors for keeping any CEO that does nothing for innovation around so long. I guess one thing he did was exploit the brand value of Apple for shorter term revenue, Boards can sometimes get behind that type of thing. Also, after listening to him talk -- HOLY CRAP, never realized that Silicon Valley's Jack Barker was based off of the way Tim Cook communicates and does business.

Tim Apple, lol.
This man, who leads one of the most exploiting and polluting companies on earth, giving an insecure interview. Ask him about how they are looking at making their phones impossible to open, so you can't repair it or change a battery. You just have to buy new ones. Meantime they are pillaging and polluting poor countries for profit.

He lost me when he said it’s more productive to have a pre-recorded release.
Jobs introducing the iPhone and iPad wasn’t for the audience and I’m 100% positive those videos will be around for 100 more years.
That one statement is a microcosm of why Apple hasn’t released a meaningful product in 12 years.

Apple never does interviews, just commercials disguised as interviews. MKBHD did the same thing and merely promoted Apple's lies to the consumer about repairability and sustainability.
This video - at its best - offers nothing of value.

I liked this interview a lot because Steven asked different questions, not just the typical topics like rest of interviews with the same boring questions and predictable answers, thank you for that!
reply

So many words but you can't hear any vision at all. I find it offensive when Tim is talking about Steve all the time. Apple now is exactly what Steve would called the bozos.
reply

I dont like unrepairable products, unnecessarily minimalistic products, unnecessarily expensive products but i love apple because i loved steve, not this guy.

There is no fing way that Tim is a power user of siri. If he actually used it, there would have been a new Siri team months after he took over apple
reply

Disney left Walt’s office undisturbed for decades and nearly died before the Ashman Renaissance. I hope Apple avoids following in their footsteps.
reply

Wow - not a single hard question. Anyone not wanting to know anything beyond the slick commercials should watch this interview.
reply

7: 58 I’m genuinely curious how anyone can be a power user of Siri. I really want to use Siri more but it’s just infuriating
reply

Yet another toothless, disposable, waste of my time interview with Tim. Man, I’m bored with this level of polish’.
