Ok, so. a couple things:
1) I sincerely hope that the Work in Progress means. that voidwalker is just a placeholder for her actual model because. wut The big bad - the one manipulating events since Legion is just a. voidwalker Do you have any idea how many of those I've killed since TBC Like. how many Xal'ataths have I effortlessly slaughtered and banished
2) So, are we all going to ignore Lorewalker Cho's new lisp 2: 21 Like. is that a new VA Some scenes its the same voice as MoP in others. it's noticably different.
3) Please. do not. DO NOT pulled a Shadowland's Jailor and tell us 'no, the old gods were really the good guys fighting the void the whole time and the Titans are the eeeeeeevil ones. - No, just. no. It has been established canon since vanilla 2004 that the Old Gods and their void lord masters are the ultimate evil.
4) I thought the Old Gods were all in conflict with each other to a degree Like. each one has their own insectoid servant race and they all were warring with eachother. Like, why are they conveining a council for this rando voidwalker
5) I thought at the start of the cutscene, the OGs said she was to be imprisoned forever, but in that BfA scene Yo, squidboy. Here's a chump, parole me. Aight, scram. What
6) Does this mean the Old Gods are coming back and we're actually getting the Black Empire patch we should have gotten (In reality, the end of BfA should have just been N'Zoth's 'banishment' to the Black Empire pocket dimension and instead of Shadowlands, it was World of Warcraft: Shadows of the Black Empire where each old God gets their proper screentime. Perhaps each phase was each god as the focus, with the final boss phase being taking on all 4, and Xal'atath being released was the end cutscene and we get that 'well, maybe we shouldn't have done that. ' moment. Then we could have skipped the entrely irrelevant SL and then gone straight into DF, setting up the dark heart plotline and then it leads straight into the Last Titan trilogy we're in now.

Xal'atath's form feels more like a being like Entropius than a basic void walker. Thinking about it, such a being would be the only one to have the balls to oppose the Old Gods. Beings like Entropius feel like they have completely different goals than the Old Gods. I will live in my little world that she was some powerful void entity like the above mentioned and clashed with the old gods. Why else would all four team up on her.
Plus being able to whisper only to N'zoth without the rest hearing her doesn't sound like something a mere minion could do against such powerful beings. She must be something greater. Something almost equal to the four eldritch boys.

This video right there is when you let interns write the WoW lore. since S. Daunser wrote/planned BFA and then Shadowlands, it went downhill from there.
What I am trying to comprehend, isnt Metzen back in the house Why wouldnt he say something regarding this I know that he said TWW was almost done by the time he returned, but come on.

So the smartest old god N'zoth managed to corrupt a handful of zones when he was released and he got tricked by telling him why should the world have 4 gods when you can be THE GOD. I kinda miss the days when we didn't know anything about the old gods and it was just whispers.

I hate Pandarens, they always break my immersion. They instantly ruin a good story. They ruin everything. I hate the way they speak, I constantly feel as if they are insulting my intelligence. Terrible oratory skills, diction, pronunciation. Why is Blizzard doing this.

Thanks for the spoiler in the title. Not all of us just like to watch the PTR, and I've been trying to avoid this till it got spoiled by your video in my recommendations. Can you please wait until it's live to spoil things

What a joke. N'zoth is supposed to be the mastermind of the Old Gods but now we're being told that he would have been loyal to his siblings if Xalatath didn't say anything. Good thing I stopped playing a while ago.

I. wow, N'zoth just fell for that basic line
Yeah, bro, just betray them and you'll be the greatest. Trust me, fr fr.
That's like basic manipulation 101, it shouldn't even work due to how obvious it is.

10 years from now they'll still be talking about the old god's and basically older characters who aren't in the story anymore because the people who write the story have ran completely out of ideas.

And then all the more interesting villains were killed cause she’s so cool and so strong. She’s like the best! She’s bigger than old gods! So cool! Wow! It’ll be revealed she’s even cooler!

. having the 4 representatives of Cthulhu like gods having a little meeting about an errant employee is just. the worst. It robs them of everything cool and big - making them small and mundane.

Halarious the secret questline for high priests is actually apart of the story. Bet the diologue is different if he's explaining it to a high priest who actually did the quest themselves.

I hope 4 Old Gods - with help of the champion - will defeat this puny void walker.
In return - we won't get any daily Azerite-like tasks like certain dwarf did. AGHEM, MAGNI. AGHEM, AGHEM.

I'm still hoping that nzoth isn't dead and our timewalking from dragonflight bronze questline had consequences. Yes, cope, but I just refuse to believe that he died like that in bfa

We release Sargeras and he helps us fight the void lords/old gods. Then he betrays us and we fight him. Then WoW is over as Sargeras is the true endboss.
Ez story

I expected nothing and am still somehow disappointed.
They're fixating on old gods because they're easier to retcon, huh. It was all part of my master plan! indeed.

So a villian that noone has ever even been mentioned in original game just shows up and stomps all the lore-cemented raid bosses
Bad writing and I blame feminism.

There is a clear issue with using the void elf’s voice as XAL’s voice before she even possessed that body. We are not even sure Xal is female blizzard lazy.

But the very darkness that embraced you. Xal is an Ethereal that turned to Void and caused her worlds downfall by summoning in Dimensius. Calling it here.
