You're a spot on chronicler, but I think with this one your view order is a bit skewed. Im not exactly sure how i would have done it, but I definitely think that for the quality you typically go for, beginning somewhere within a thousand years of war might have been a good choice. I just feel like you might have set up the whole corruption thing better. Definitely should have had some of dialog from the dreadlord in the night hold to set somethings up for preview. Its still great. better than I could have done with a PhD, 100 years and three freaking wishes.

Hiya Folks. The preview continues with Uncle Genn and not-so-spymaster Shaw talking about Turalyon as leader of the Alliance, after he and Velen have spent the last two years on the Vindicaar playing checkers. Also Alleria goes super purple, a storyline that-s been put the shelf since Legion. I wanna see a pillow fight between Alleria & Sylvanas, for purely academic reasons of course.

Another light loving guy as leader? Lovely. Maybe it-s time to abandon the alliance -. This shits not right. We know damn well how the light really is. All this will do is bring trouble.
Any alliance toons I have will soon abandon and join the horde, or go solo and avoid the bull shit. Seriously, screw the alliance if they keep wanting light lovers as leaders.

World of Warcraft is one messy pot of soup with all kinds of powers. You got the Fel. Void. Light. Old Gods. Pantheon. First Ones. then the Maw comes in with Anima Resource. In Legion, we see Azeroth as a planet, then suddenly Sylvannas breaks a dimension on top of icecrown citadel. Who the heck made Azeroth? Is it a planet? or a prison dimension?

Analogical
So.
Alleria = Void (abberation)
Sylvanas = Death (undead)
Vereesa = normal? (mage)
In WOW lore, its well known that mages have a tendency to fall to the influence of Fel, and Vereesa is a mage. Which means. that she could complete the Evil-Magic-Trifecta. if she. in a pool of demon blood. um. ya know.

I love Wow lore. Love to sit and just comprehend everything that happened. Every small thing has its own details. Like seeing Turalyon i instantly think that he managed to outlive his 4 brother paladins and thinking about how it started overall

I mean turalyon kind of helped rebuild the city. So makes some sense he should run. I mean its not like he ever stopped being grand general of the allliance forces. Everyone thought he was dead.

What relevance do these -nobles of Stormwind- have? Azeroth is a world based on individual strength where a single mage (Jaina) can destroy an entire city. For me, this is just more lazy writing

A coup attempt would be great on Shaw's part. Can you imagine that this was the reason why Turalyon let himself be carried away by the light and start a civil war within the Alliance?

Horde player here and I really hope they don't make him evil, it would feel to predictable.
I wonder though if he will try to see if other Alliance Races will be Light Forged.

I'm kinda over it with this half assed world of thrones approach their taking and making it all about humans. So boring and shabby writing -

Honestly, no one more qualified to be Regent than Turalyon.
For Alleria, one can only hope that darkness doesn't take her, too.
