Just listened to the Lazarus story and my mind went to T. S. Eliot:
To say: I am Lazarus, come from the dead,
Come back to tell you all, I shall tell you all
If one, settling a pillow by her head
Should say: That is not what I meant at all;
That is not it, at all.
And one I had not read before, but found while browsing:
Those who loved me, wept with joy with my return.
How soon before the side-long glances reveal
The recollection that those little sins
They know I know were resurrected too
How soon before the happy embrace
Is replaced by distance carefully maintained
As if the death-stink was still on me
I see my future years ahead,
The unnatural soul moving alone
Through my unnatural days.

Thanks for these great books, I was wanting to listen to Swan Song but the fireworks are so loud I cant concentrate. I have Aspergers and cant stand loud noises. Thanks again!
