This is gonna require a lot of finessing just so we're clear Muffin: 0: 41 I mean if you think about it, it makes since Americans have trouble breaking accents of foreigners into subgroups, just like how a English person may have trouble distinguishing the different types of Southern accents.

To be honest guys I think we can forgive Americans for being crap at British accents. I am an actor and I am very good at accents from around the world but I cannot do any other British accent other than my own (cockney)

I get so annoyed by Americans who think all British people sound posh, I'm glad that the Yorkshire accent (my accent) was chosen for this (although for some reason I dont sound very Yorkshire )

Im from the north but in Lancaster (so I have no accent apparently) but it means I can RIDICULOUSLY easily put on a Yorkshire accent and I only just realised that through watching this video

Try other local accents like Boston or New York, or overseas ones like Australians vs. New Zealand.
Have a dialect contest, where contestants learn an accent, and the others have to guess it.

Seems any old idiot from England believes himself to be an expert on accents, but only those with the brassiest necks manage to earn fees for their services and even get US visas as a result.

That guy with the red shirt was the only one that sounded fairly northern all the way through, not gonna lie his accent would be about as good as my Yorkshire accent

Did anybody else notice that the coach sounds like tan france. I made my sister listen to his voice without showing her the video and she fully believed that it was tan
reply

Some of the sounds were right but it doesn't really work without the shortening. I have seen them riding seaward on the waves = av sin em ridin seawud on't waves

Is it wrong/embarrassing that the first thing I thought upon hearing it was, Oh, like half the characters on Downton Abbey?
