This is probably the closest we'll ever get to eating a cloud - can Inga make the jiggliest, fluffiest pancakes in the world? Hegeds: Your batter is so thick, mine was too runny and deflated when I poured it onto the pan. It's tasted delicious but It wasn't that fluffy, airy what it supposed to be.

I would think you would use a lot of levening they are so high and light. I have trouble wit my breads. No ingredient amounts.
