um, why dont u use hand mixer or stand mixer or get one if u dont have one, hmm, pls reply if u see this, it may hurt ur hand i guess.
edit: i also think, hmm, maybe not think, i am sure that cloud breads/ meringue bread or something is 1. uncooked, 2. maybe after cooling it may be like a meringue cookie or cookie textured, cause i made meringue cookies once and i guess it may be the same, sooooo, i hope u understood. peace!
edit 2: alsoo. i do recommend not trying this, ur wish but it may actually turn out like wat i said or maybe turn out bad ya know. sooo. if u do try this, use 1 egg or something, lol, k tnx for reading, peace out!

Highly recommend using a hand mixer if you have one but you guys have to try this out, especially if you like meringues or sponge cakes (I ended up baking it for 25 minutes, and tag me if you do so I can see them! Thank you to everyone who told me about this cloud bread! Honestly though, maybe I should've kept it as a pillow.

I can't see how that would taste like anything but underdone meringue. Add some extract at least. Almond? Vanilla? I don't know. It's not something to me that's actually edible, more, it's for the 'Gram. Or the 'Tok if you will.

btw for the ones who are going to do this cloud bread and if you don't want that eggy smell add vanilla extract it really helps and there is no eggy smell at all and there will be no eggy taste (:

i made it and it tastes gross and was super sticky. maybe i did a part wrong and thats how it got sticky (oven time was too short) but it just tasted like egg so i dont recommend you try this.

I live in a hot and highly humid area, reaching 80%-90% humidity since last week. I can't achieve stiff peaks for my egg whites even with a hand mixer. How do I remedy this?

Youre doing the whisk wrong. Try holding the whisk in between your two hands and roll (rub against each other in like washing hands motion) your hands. Works faster, try it!

Why isn't she using the stand mixer she has on the counter? Cos the tiktok kids did it by hand? But then she recommends we use a mixer anyway?
