I hooked two Dreamcasts together with a phone cord. When I did this I put a nfl blitz cd/game in each Dreamcast. Then I hooked each Dreamcast to their own tv. Then I powered on both Dreamcasts. When I did this i gave a friend a controller of one Dreamcast and I used a controller of the other Dreamcast. We then played video game football against one another using two different tvs! Doing this we weren-t able to see each other-s playbook and play selection! Think! You could throw your own video game tournament!

Other great RPGs are Grandia II and Evolution. Both were made by the same company. Evolution is one of the most expressive RPGs I've ever played. The dungeons were deep and you had traps you had to look out for that changed the game. Grandia II had a battle system similar to the Wild Arms series and full voice acting. It also came with a soundtrack on CD which had a handful of the best music in the game.

My favorite dreamcast game was Armada. Have no clue why nobody has picked it up and done a remaster. I know the guy that owns it tried to do an Armada Online, but it didn't succeed. Wish he would bring it over to current gen and just keep the game play the same, but just update the graphics. That is my dream. I LOVED the Dreamcast (still play mine).

Dc was my capcom fighters console. Bought it specifically to play Street Fighter 3 and Marvel vs Capcom 2. What I learned is you can play backups without modding it. I remember playing a homebrew quake version. I also remember in Shenmue you get into a fight with a mob and the smu would show you how many guys you defeated.

Completes the trilogy? Son it was always meant to be 5 installments, not 3. That's what fooled most idiots into thinking it was the final installment. It shouldn't have gotten critically slammed for being the middle chapter. Lan Di was supposed to get away because Ryo wasn't ready yet.

I honestly wish sega kept making things way ahead of the time. Like in 2014 they could have invented the dream switch or something so wild and unpredictable it-s like it-s from another dimension. -sighs - sadly after making 06 I think sega just went down a horrible spiral.

I was in high school and cut may last couple classes on 9/9/99 to run to GameStop/FuncoLand/whatever it was at the time to grab my pre ordered Dreamcast along with my Team Dreamcast t-shirt, Mortal Kombat Gold and Soul Calibur.

What if Sega came back, put Dreamcast back in production with an hdmi port, and started releasing new games on it. Would be way cheaper to develop for, and the retro game market is huge now. Imagine the possibilities.
