The open world used to give players and developers alike so much creative freedom. Now it seems the open world has become Ubisoft's prison.
As for Watch Dogs Legion, it tried something new. It's admittedly a bit hit or miss. If only Ubisoft could add a seperate LODs system for ray traced reflections. I honestly can't believe that I'm CPU limited by something that's supposed to mainly be CPU intensive. Lowering the FOV helps a little but it's not enough to keep it above 60fps in CPU limited scenarios. (Believe me, I've tried optimizing these settings)

game publishers are betting on how much the game will make and how many copys are sold if they hit the target they make millions if they dont they lose milions, it's why they have all the lootboxes, microtransactions etc to ensure they hit the target.
so i am hopeing that now they will focus on makeing great games or great remasters.
PS is your hair going to get its own chanel? or a mini series on netflix?

I ve beaten and platinum all the watch dogs game. 1 was my favorite legion I enjoyed kinda didn t see the ending coming. As far as plating the game legion I think had to be the easiest. The first was the worst. I still really enjoy this franchise and a soft reboot/remake of the first game would be dope unlike what they are doing to saints row. Also I think more tie ins too the assassins might also be pretty cool

At this point I hate any BR or anything like that, about Square Enix. I think they just don't care about their IPs now and are in trend of micro transactions which is just costing them. I think Watch Dogs legion under performed because of being an Epic Exclusive and also having the same stuff from old games rather than a new quality content

I'm over here. a hardcore rpg open world guy. they keep -almost- making a good replacement for Skyrim and then ruining it by forcing something or other down my throat. I want an open world where I can wander off and do my own thing, including chill out in the world and be whoever I want. at least look however I want. but no.

Watchdogs Legion had so much potential for customizing those you recruit and they just didn't do it. Let us make our first character and pick a few limited class options. Maybe let one operator train another for a specific skill. It is pointless having those with one skill, but could have allowed a form of leveling.

I thought I was the only person who actually enjoyed the first Watchdogs, my friends think I'm nuts for enjoying it but I really loved that story and the gameplay. I didn't like the 2nd Watchdogs as much as the 1st but I haven't played the 3rd so I might do in a few weeks time

Elysium was mediocre and heavy handed. Chappie was fantastic and underrated. I have a soft spot for robots with emotions so I guess take it with a grain of salt but it was far more interesting than Elysium. D9 is one of my favorite movies of all time though.

I truly feel like the day before is going to be a massively overhyped flop. Like too many other titles releasing recently. What i really want to know is when is Atomic Heart releasing. My patience is wearing extremely thin at this point.

Watch dogs 1 had a good story and tone with decent gameplay, watch dogs 2 had a decent story with good gameplay, legion had neither, it was very watered down and generic, a combination of the first 2 would be amazing
