I caved in and bought a Series S, I couldn t wait for a Series X.
Plus at the end of the day, i just wanna play games and enjoy them when i can.

I m all for the PRO coming out sooner rather than later. There are no games on the 5 at the moment that make me want to run out and get one.
By the time PRO comes out we should be able to get real 4K at 120p with games utilising this. The VR2 will no doubt run smoother and unreal engine 5 will be crazy.
So to everyone that hasn t been able to get the base 5 model, like me. Just wait a bit more, you ll be happy in the end.

There are almost no new games and they are releasing updated consoles. Why not just play on PC? All games sooner or later are released on it. Have one system and play everything. That is why exclusive games are a good thing for consoles, without them, they all are useless shit. Keeping my PS4 just for Bloodborne, once its inevitable remaster comes to PC, i will trade the console for a pint of beer.

I just get my new PS5 and I have to admit the prices are still very expensive, I think Sony still struggling to buy materials in order to build more PS5, imagine if they release the Pro version at the moment the price must be high enough to build the high end gaming pc. So I think they just release the new CFI upgrade version or if it a new model it will be the PS5 slim.

Microsoft and Playstation should focus on getting the most out of the current iteration of their consoles. The current games barely scratch the surface in terms of what these consoles can do, and yet we are already looking past them? Make better games! I'm still playing ps4 games on my ps5 because the library of ps5 is still so thin

I just bought a ps5 Fu Sony fffffuuuuuu, on a serious note with the climate ATM I couldn't see an upgrade until 2025 with the chip shortage at the minimum, it wouldn't make sense, there is chip shortage, still damaged for the original ps5, not too many next gen games it can't be legit

Cannot afford a ps5 or find a console waiting for a affordable slim model to release hopefully otherwise I got my pc for now. But my ps4 is from 2017 and it s getting old I bought it out of high school. my ps3 is long gone. Just a matter of waiting patiently.

I think if there's any new consoles coming next year it will be the slim version ( but even that is not very likely to happen because of chip shortages)
Also nobody needs a Horizon and God of War show. They're doing it just for money, it's shameful.

Rather than focus on the next half generation, which the chip shortage is likely to ruin anyway, both Microsoft and Sony should just focus on fixing the scalper issue. Seriously. Just throw their resources at that.
