For this I just hope they at least have a proper road map for future content and add variety to that too in terms of story, enemies and characters. They DO NOT want to repeat what the avengers did and stick to mostly robot enemies while only adding characters that fitted the play style/mechanics of those from the main game. The avengers had a good story but after that they were so lazy with content outside of that.

I am currently playing the game with my mate and honestly it is fun like he said especially with friends, i love sharks traversal and gatling machine gun, there are times when things go crazy with colours and numbers which can be exciting i want Rocksteady to man up and prove to everyone that this game can be great and the best way to do it is
1)by giving us more free seasonal pass with the option to buy cosmetic items, add new enemy variety, new characters in future seasons after season 1 like Beast Boy, Cyborg ecc, just go crazy with it and surprise us with the character.
2) need more weapon modifications like perks and mags, suppressor, special bullets that you can change at will, skins. Similar to what COD is doing or just copy Destiny, Basically copy Destiny but in suicide Squad skin.
3) please make use of the else-world properly, cause with an idea like that you can do whatever just have to have a good story to back it up, you can bring in any type of character no matter where they are from and it will still fit the narrative cause the characters are from another universe so basically other universes will have completely different character you can bring in Mr Beast ffs lol similar to what fortnite is doing.

u content creators need to stop feeding these sheep the idea of a live service game is bad just cuz its live service. its not a single player narrative game its a multiplayer looter shooter, which needs longevity. ur comparing two dif genres in this video, only criticism i can take from this is the story but thats not even the most important aspect of a looter shooter. regarding mission n enemy variety, updates will improve on feedback they receive not their fault entitled gamers want games out asap. and for the people that say they wouldnt care if dev time took a few yrs, ur the minority of gamers

Im not going to lie. I wasnt a bog fan of the story but i did enjoy the squads banter and growing with eachother over the game. I dont think this game is worth full price but i cant deny that for me, this game can be extremely fun with some of the fights and the variation in how you approach battles. Deadshot is my favorite to play and ive really been diving into the endgame stuff now. Its fun for right now but who knows maybe it will be boring with content not coming out quick enough. Avengers was the same way for me, fun combat but very weak everywhere else.

Lets be honest, this game was announced and developed around about when Marvels Avengers was at its peak - before us gamers rightly destroyed it for being nothing more than a loot box selling wreck. Its was Rocksteady's attempt to acquire that sweet endless microtransaction $$$ - similar to Arkham Knights. Its delay and base game has significantly changed from its initial design because of the reaction to the Avengers game. What we are left with is a mid game with blueprint of a microtransactions store.

You're not a dying breed of gamer, most people think like you, but not all of us have to play every single new game that comes out. So it jsut takes longer for the average non-terminally online gamer to realize games are getting stale. I have friends who basically just play league of legends, fortnite, and every new AC game with the occasional survival game. So AC doesn't feel as stale to them, because they don't play many other games. Give it 3 more years, and they'll get bored. That's how this usually works.

It's not an AWFUL game at face value BUT having that much of a solid base to work off of from previous games, having multiple routes to go down that fans wanted, that they knew fans wanted and then taking all those years of work from previous games and basically taking a big sht all over it at every single turn possible, that warrants calling it one of the worst games in recent memory to me. Me And and a buddy are gonna enjoy this. Im glad were getting a DC game thats not about batman love batman but like Spiderman in marvel they put to much focus in these characters. When there is a whole roster of heroes and villains who deserve games and movies. I feel sorry for the crying grown men upset with this game for such petty reasons. For me this will be a senseless but fun shooter with a new DC storie cause i love the DC universe

Yeah, looks so super chaotic and flashy, all UI and UX Theories go down the drain on this project. The problem is there is an audience that does not expect anything quality but flashy fast and a lot of mush e. a. Fortnite and Palworld audience. They do not have as much experience with Quality, they just seek the next dopamine rush e. a. TikTok Gen. Quick, a lot, no need to make sense, flashy and loud.

Such a shame to see Rocksteady (one of my favourite game developers) churning out crap like this for corporate. reminds me of Arkane (also one of my favourite game developers) churning out that shitty vampire game after the dishonored series. Feels like both developers have been forced into making games they're not into and not having creative freedom. Kids will lap this shit up but ima give it a miss

Good review. Im amazed Rocksteady took everything great in the Arkham games(1, 2, 4) and threw it in the bin to make boring shooters like this. It doesn't even looks as good as City and Knight, just. bland and generic. (Im not a DC fan in any form, and generally dont play games like this but i loved Arkham City and just how fluid and fun the combat was, and interesting just traversing the city)

The problem is not what happens in this game, is the fact that they say it's a sequel to a beloved universe that we lived in for 4 amazing games. Somehow, it's more depressing, and way worse than what happened in the Injustice universe. I don't see the logic behind It except disapointing everyone that played and loved the Arkhamverse. This should be a stand alone story like Gotham Knights.

With this one it's easy. I won't buy. Im sorry rocksteady but I won't support those shady practises from Warner. If Jake would have told me that the story is absolutely insane and worth the price Id struggled a little bit but without that its clear as day that I don't need this even though it saddens me because rocksteady did some amazing things back in the days

so far after playing the game and seeing many reviews. this is the most HONEST and most FUN TO WATCH review of the game. all other reviews had some REAL SKILL ISSUES WITH THEM PLAYING THE GAME. THEY WERE BAD AT IT IM SORRY. the combat/story is fun other than that its just a cycle i hope for more in a new season tho

Rocksteady devs are in a different studio now, this game is really overpriced its a 7-10 hr game and the gameplay gets boring after the 3rd hr not much replayability, dont buy it unless you are a fool or just like SS, you might like it but youll play it a few times then trade it back in or leave it to pick up dust.

Didn’t play, not my type of game, but interested in the story so I watched most of the cutscenes. OMG were they underwhelming. The way most of the bosses die were ridiculously illogical, and the one big boss fight is so anticlimactic that I kept thinking is there a second phase or something, but there wasn’t!

The executives and producers at WB poisoned Rocksteady, ruining their studio and their reputation, and this mobile game looking garbage is the result. Game industry executives are f-cking idiots and their meddling has ruined far too many titles to date. There needs to be a reckoning in the gaming industry.

Game honestly looks fun. Doesn’t seem to be any kind of goty contender but I definitely see myself picking it up on a sale.
Arkham series are always there to go back to so I don’t know why some chose to be hung up on the departure. I’m sure they’ll be more like it at some point in the future.

Rocksteady will keep updating the game and developing and improving it. I believe that. Cause they still update arkham knight with new suit and vehichle after 9 years. The game is fun so just wait for next update like how Dying light 2 and cyberpunk 2077 aged like a fine wine with the updates.
