I had like one of the most cinematic experiences in days gone I accidentally set off a horde and I was running from them not at night but dusk so it was dark out but you could still see and I had to run circles to get to my bike and as I'm pulling off of my bike the zombies are right on me and I pull off with my bike and I'm going down the road to get away and they're still chasing me and then another horde comes in front of me and I have to drift to take a hard right turn to avoid running right into them and when I drifted I immediately nitrode right out of range of a zombie attack.

Days Gone is a fantastic game. A compelling story that gives you all the feels, great looking graphics, good mechanics, a huge beautiful world to explore, riding around on upgradeable and customizable motorcycle with real nice physics, great music, and a million zombies that actually scare the crap out of you/and you really fear going out at night(like in Dying Light. Honestly, what's not to like. It sucks that the dev wasn't able to fully implement it as they had planned but it truly doesn't matter, it feels absolutely complete.

In the 2024's gaming plan, I have Unity to play, haven't played yet, even not familiar with the story. Planning to revisit TLOU 1-2, the last time played was in 2020 June. There is another game called Syberia 4 which looks interesting and have very positive reviews, will try this one as well. The last one will be Star Wars: Outlaws which is my most anticipated game of this year, and I'll hope it will be released this year.

Days Gone was a complete surprise. I played it when it came out. It is a slow-burner but picks up. 15-30 hrs in, depends what you decide to do, the story wraps up and you think well, that wasn't bad. Then somehow - don't remember - you learn that your girlfriend who you assumed was dead for the whole time - isn't. The map opens up to twice it's size and you are only half way through the story. Didn't see it coming.

I have returned to some games by these recommendations and haven't been disappointed. Almost every game you suggest is that one i passed up for whatever reason but wanted to try. Surprised to see The Last Guardian due to wonky controls but i loved it as i did SOTC, if only Tirico would've became more responsive to commands as the game progressed. Warhammer looks interesting

I see the comments with so much of love for Days Gone which I loved too so how come it became a commercial failure is something beyond my comprehension. I think the tail end sales should make the studio rethink about their decision to abondon the Days Gone IP.
I'm going to play the game again soon but I forgot if it has a New Game mode or not.

If the makers of Days gone ASKED the fan base if they wanted a part 2, I'm pretty sure the base would come back with a resounding YES and if needed might even help fund it if that is a problem with that part. Days Gone isn't my kind of game, but it was fun to watch streamers play it and get over run with the zombie hordes!

I'm a huge fan of Dragon's Dogma 1 but my Lord is it hard and I don't care what anybody says it's freaking hard and also hate me if you want I'm a Christian man who does not like to hear cussing every 5 seconds or for anybody to take the lord's name in vain and Quantum break is a awesome awesome game except for the cursing

The web of shadows story is what made it so good. Definitely better than insomniac on that front. And the actual gameplay is not what i would call better, but it's equal to it once you get the hang of it. The best thing insomniac has going is the year it came out because of the better available technology.

3 games that I always come back to, Batman Arkham Knight, maybe sometimes new costumes but always a great experience, Mordor Shadow of War, with how unique this game is with the nemesis system it’s a great way to have a somewhat different experience every play through, Minecraft cause nostalgia is a helluva thing

These guys complain about long games. like we're not all YT game reviewers most of us like long games. The longer the more content the more we get our money worth IK you just wanna rush through games to have the 1st mediocre review but stop complaining cuz games especially good ones like AC are long. Shut up!

Days Gone must have launched in a terrible state, because I played it when it came to PC and it was amazing! It's in my top 5 open world games ever! The Hordes are so much fun, and the story is pretty good also. I loved driving around on the bike though, they did a really good job with that.

Quantum break is a great game but it didn't aged well in term of graphics. It stutters, it doesn't support high frame rate. You have to lock it to 60fps. It would not be that bad if they didn't decided to apply blur to everything that move/animate. A remaster of this game would be nice.

been playing ps3 and older ps4 games lately, lot of amazing ones i missed first time around and many of them stand up to today's, especially with the garbage we have been getting lately. fyi Days Gone is amazing and still wishing for a sequel. Decon Saint Jonh! Ending begged for a sequel.

It's actually possible to play most of Last Guardian in 60 fps on PS5, but you need the disc version.
There's a few sticking points where you need to update to the 30 fps version to avoid crashes so it's not the smoothest experience but I found it much more playable at 60 fps.

I feel like the technical issues really held Days Gone back when it first came out. I remember that being the main reason behind the negative sentiment. I picked it up when it came to PC and had a blast with it. I never finished it so it's definitely something to come back to.

I loved Days gone, even got the Plat I played it when it came out for PS even at the end of the game you feel like the horde can take you down if you aren’t careful and the horde doesn’t respawn, you actually can widdle them away only complaint is the unkillable suits

I recently replayed days gone. It would be hugely improved with changing the voice acting for Deacon. He shouts needlessly, he butts in and questions people WHILE they're explaining something and is generally a bit of a dick.
Otherwise, it's a good game

I almost didn't play Days Gone. That's how I learned to not listen to reviews. I had a blast for 60 hrs playing Biomutant. If a game looks good to you try it. A 6 score is actually a decent score in the game industry considering how hard it is to make games
