Everyone loves a good RPG, but no player is perfect. Here are some of the biggest stupid mistakes you can make in RPGs Adham: I missed one side quest in AC4 where we get to collect keys and unlock the templar armor. I always thought we might go back to that map in later chapter cause I'm lazy to travel there. Main reason is:
1. It's quite early when the templat hunt was introduced so my stats are shit.
2. Fast travel hasn't been unlocked cause my ship is potato.
And guess what? After roaming around and collecting 4 of 5 keys, it's already the last chapter and the captain is ready to fight the final boss. What did i find on the map? A templar hunt which we meet an old friend of Kenway. I was confused to see some woman being all friendly with me and saying we go way back in the main mission only to realize i didn't do the templar hunt.
It's messing up the storyline and i hated the run. But my ship is maxed out, and kenway has set sail to London, can't delete that so i guess i just wing it.
Ps: i got all the armor but this uneasy feeling that I've messed up the storyline will haunt me forever bc AC4 and AC Syndicate was my favourite.

I have a hard time letting go of weapons or equipment.
I'll be using a bad ass weapon and find one with better stats, I just hold on to my old one just in case I don't like the new one. Like 40 levels later and Im still lugging around level 10 equipment , I still haven't decided definitively, that the -new- one is better lol.

#2. Not really an rpg but my first play through of rdr2 I accidentally dropped tje legendary alligator tooth. And when you drop items in that game, the item can not be retrieved. I stopped playing at 70% completion and just started over completely. I'm now using multiple save files in that game.

Zelda owl is the reason why when I bash to skip dialog I bash the -back- or -cancel- button to skip through. I lost count how many times I respoke to that bastard..... To this day I'm afraid of an owl incident in games and it's been close to two decades. Lol

The thing about skipping dialogue I absolutely hate it when people skip dialogue when they're playing a game that they never play before and I'm watching them do it and then they get upset that they don't know what the hell they're doing. That irritates me to no end

yeah i know that problem i create a character some times i need hours (i am a role player) so it must be at least good. then i am happy go the the actual game and boom shit the character looks now like shit. ;( so try again multible times until it would work.

What i liked about FFX is if i hoarded single use items i could then use them to upgrade weapons or teach aeons abilities. So it never felt like a waste just hoarding them.
Edit: yeah i used tons of megalixers in this game but never in battle

Spending hours worth in a playthrough just in the menu, inventory, or level up/skill going through everything every half hour to be the fully upgraded when it makes little difference after a half hour

Currently playing Dragon Age: Origins and trying to sort out who should be the new king of the dwarves. Had to use google to know who the better choice should have been.

Nope, I never skipped dialogue, especially on first play. I sometimes skip it when I play for the xth time, but never on my first play and usually second play as well.
