I don't really care about the flaws, anybody who has been following Atomfall knows it had these flaws. In some ways these imperfections can give a game character - people still play and love Skyrim with all of it's issues and those issues are part of what make Skyrim what it is. That said, hopefully enough people show interest in Atomfall to make Rebellion tighten the game up a bit with updates and, if there's ever an Atomfall 2 we may see the whole thing blossom into something really special

Another Game Pass game to enjoy and look forward to! After wrapping up Avowed, I was looking forward to another game that maybe had more RPG elements and non-linearity. The only thing I'll miss, really, with Avowed is the fluid combat and traversal mechanics. This looks to be the opposite. combat seems mid while you get more satisfaction out of the RPG elements. Not quite to the immersive degree of something like Fallout or Elder Scrolls, but it looks like it's something up my alley still.

One of the only trustable game reviewers! Which is crazy because you guys are way more generous than you should be 90% of the time
It’s a good system you guys have! If Jake says it’s good but not for him it means it sucks it’s a 7/10 at the best, if Jake says I didn’t like it it means it’s basically unplayable and a 5/10 at best
If Jake says 10/10 it means it’s like a 9/10 and absolutely worth your money

I hope their next game is a true current gen game and not last gen compatible. This game looks good but the environment/plant/foliage is completely static. Once you've played current gen games where nature moves, going back to static trees is very hard. It's not like a diorama where nothing moves but compared to what's out there today, looks like fake nature

I feel like I’ve got over exposure / saturation to new / beautiful / brilliant / triple a’ games atm, everything feels and looks the same and the excitement is gone for me. Idk, this actually has my attention and looks like it might refresh my gaming pallet, even though it’s apparently flawed I think I’m gonna give it a shot.

Not that great combat, damn that sucks cause atomic heart had amazing combat i swear i havent felt that good running and gunning in a game in a long time just jumping and shooting never stopping moving it was so smooth took half the game for it to ramp up but god i loved the combat in atomic heart

It’s so important that we get games like these. Since recently we keep getting either amazing top tier games like KCD2 or crap games with no merit it’s important that a game comes along and reminds us that not all games have to 100 hours Balders gate 3 types of games in order to be good

This was definitely on my radar, but hearing that it's not JUST a AA fallout game in a different setting has me more intrigued. You're not the first person I've heard compare it to The Witness, and that's one of my favorite games EVER, so I'm definitely gonna try this one out.

Now that they’ve shown they can do different genres and settings, I want Rebellion to make the game I’ve wanted since I played AVP2010. A Predator Immersive Sim. Dishonored, but you’re the predator doing Predator things. Get on it, Rebellion.

They should have sold priced this at 40$. I'm not that hyped do to the short playthrew time. That being said I probably won't play this untill its on sale for 40 or less anyway unless something changes that really catches my eye.

This game seems really cool imo, and finally something different than the those Sniper games that I have played the last couple. I hope this is something that Rebellion start to make more of. So can’t wait to play it soon.

It'll always be funny to me how every single game reviewer has a massive soft spot for broken, janky, old looking Bethesda repetitive ass games but will thrash the copy/paste, generic, bloated Ubisoft open world games.

i dont really buy into this environment. Its supposed to be post apocalyptic but with a lush countryside environment and with clownish looking enemies. Nothing like the post apocalyptic cohesive immersion in Fallout.

Am loving the fact that some north-west colloquialisms have got an American confused.
It's been on my radar for a few months. Just finished Avowed so looking forward to tucking into Atomfall next weekend.

This seems like the Anti-AC Shadows. If you want janky combat with a cool story and unique world. If you want fun combat with a bad story and kinda done before world you go AC Shadows.
reply

to any who say its broken you should go look as its not released till next week so of course there is no update and of course it'll be fixed not long after official launch

Man this game has flavour! Love how bright and green it is. A very nice change from the gloomy greys and browns you’d typically see in these nuclear type environments

I’ve been hyped for this game and haven’t decided to buy it. Now that Ive seen this I believe I’ll give the game a shot once I finish my Witcher 3 play through.
