What's funny is they still haven't made a proper ninja game. Shinobi/ ninja the pioneers of stealth if you will. The OG's of stealth. Tenchu for plantation 1-2 is the only one I can think of and that came out in the late 90's I believe. One might argue Ghost of Tsushima. Ninja game. But he was really just a samurai that took on shinobi tactic and gorilla warfare to take out the mongols. I'm just dying for a proper ninja game guys and I don't know if I'll see one because the video game industry is certainly not ambitious. They think they are but really they're just spewing out people pleasing garbage that nobody really wants to play.

Falcon Dude, I think you love the Dishonoured games. And right Sniper Elite 5 castle mission is sweet, since it's one long level Nazis. But getting to the end mission is pretty cool, Like try do a lot Sniping and stealthing in those games. But would do in the Batman Arkham series as well, cause taking down Joker goons is classic. But there there is some stealthing in a game, I love dong it.

Has the Murder of Crows from Hitman: Blood Money been mentioned in this series Because that’s one of the best, most chaotic levels in the Hitman series and you are literally fighting for time, all the while assassinating multiple enemies and protecting someone. And oh yeah, it’s set during Mardi Gras in New Orleans, so an awesome setting and the PS2 being pushed to it’s limits.

Don’t forget about the Splinter Cell Double Agent (OG Xbox Version) final mission in the snow on New York City’s snow covered rooftops and buildings. I’m not saying it’s better than displace or dishonored. But the atmosphere and what happens to Sams love interest and how it changes him is just memorable and emotion filled.

I hate being bad at games (I have no love or patience for anything Souls-like because they're difficult) and I SUCK at stealth. The games seem so interesting but my playthroughs always break down to me going from bush one to bush two and then shooting like wild to escape the situation I inevitably find myself in super early. Ugh.

I remember playing Thief on a PC that could finally run it. Man i was 16 and let me tell you the overwhelming feeling of joy i got was one that i will probably never get from a video game again, i mean i played it slow and savored every moment. It was all epic to me, i will never forget Thief and Thief 2 such nostalgia.

Thief 2 - Casing the Joint - A mission where you must look through a castle without killing or so much as even subduing anyone, and of course you can't be seen (Hardest difficulty is the ONLY way to play the thief games. You're a Thief, not a murderer) While Casing the joint you can also steal a bunch of stuff.

I miss Splinter cell and literally just remembered I had the 3D Version of Chaos Theory for 3ds. I literally just went to look for it, but I must have given it back. Especially since they changed one of the hacking styles into a Rubik's cube thing that annoyed me. Like give me back the squiggly lines.

Please do the most annoying stealth missions!
There is literally a mission in AC: Black flag that made me stop playing the game. So sad, cause at the time it was my fav.
The mission is one where you have to stealth around while following someone, it’s in some sort of swamp-ish area.

Always happy to see Thief get a mention, and the bank absolutely is one of the best stealth missions ever! Also super happy to see Desperados make the list too. Stealth Tactical games do not get enough love, and it's sad that we lost Mimimi games, possibly the best company ever for this genre.

Thief 2 Metal Age had the City Watch mission on Expert, where Garrett cannot be detected by any enemy, nor may he knock-out any enemy when he places false evidence against Sheriff Truitt. Now, THAT is a stealth mission. I beat it by hacking in 9999 bottles of invisibility potion. LOL

Ha. it's funny because for the last month I've been trying to remember what Splinter Cell Mission that was! :)
Memories would randomly pop in my head and then I would spend a couple of hours trying to remember it lol. So THANK YOU very much for that Gameranx

I only like high quality games so for me my list is not in order but.
Batman arkham series
Mgs4 and mgs5
Dishonored series
Crysis 1 and 3
I think, spiderman noir had some decent stealth in his spiderman game with all the other spidermen

If this is on an earlier video my apologies I didn't rewatch all 3 stealth mission videos. But I don't think you mentioned it yet. What about the whole of act 3 in Metro Exodus. The one where you have to avoid all the grown up school children in the woods.

ok this is getting ridiculous. cut the clips down, seriously. they seem to be getting longer and longer with each new video. why most of them don't even show what they're on the list for. love your content but the clips are annoyingly too long.

The speech’s that Sam has available in the Displace level are unforgettable. On the roof where he says that he is Harry Tuttle and the one where he describes the true reason for the fall of the Roman Empire make that level one of my favorites.

I will say, if anyone is interested in learning more about siren (as this is probably only the second time I, personally, have seen it mentioned, tangomushi has a great longform video on the series where she goes in depth about its plot and lore!

The icing on the cake in the MW2 Cliffhanger mission is the fact that, at the start of the game, you are side by side with your character from the previous game. My commander is Soap! Awesome!
Incredible story choice imo.

Watch dogs 2 is such a hidden gem of the open world. The way they implemented online play where you could hack another player, take a player out, or just plain old co-op. Only gripe was you where unable to do missions coop.

I'll never forget the absolute terror and trepidation that was the original Thief. Playing it in the dark as a kid would actually leave me so stressed but also hyped to delve further and further into every mission. Good times
