I think as long as Guillermo and Josh agreed and were ok doing this I don't see anything wrong. I think Guillermo was prepared for this since he had the diaper on in the first place. Sure this was a little cringe but it was king of funny too and maybe they could of used dolls but they already did that with Kim Kardashian. I just hope Guillermo gets paid extra for this
