I forgot were on how I played this one game. I've been trying to find it, or even some info at all. But came to all dead ends. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about. It was online or shoot it might of been a console game. Its a puzzle game. I believe it was before the start of smart phone game age even started. Or could been in the beginning stage. But I don't think it was played on phone. So briefly, cause there's not much to describe. But when I google I'm just getting rodents revenge. And im positive it's not that. Similar, as it has you a mouse, and you only get so many moves. And it's about the moves and the reactions from whatever sliding move you make. Has cats placed at certain spots on board reacting when past each one, also in return having placed dogs reacting to cats, while cats reacting from mouse. And have to get mouse to slide into each mouse hole on other side of each level. And was many levels, and very clever and honestly was such a handsome game. That's the only nostalgia game I haven't found, and it was the most addicting. I hope its not a victim of the Mandela effect. And I'm the only one who remembers it, as it came from the universe/reality I'm from. And has never came out here, and no one heard of it. All because the butterfly effect of when set of unfortunate effects steaming from Shakespeare having it done differently here in this reality picking his nose couple more times this reality compared to my reality. Which only changed this game not coming out in this reality, that's all was different when Shakespeare did couple extra grooves of his nose trove.

Does anyone remembers or even played a game that had similar style to chips challenge?
It also had that gray tile aesthetic and such but you controlled some kind of light blue little space ship of sorts (or a submarine I dont really know what to call it) with a dish on top
I remember you had to fight some weird creatures firing bubbles to freeze them in place or with black round bombs like those in old cartoons
The most characteristic trait I remember is that it was sort of turn based as in
You moved one tile at the time with one arrow press but as you did one movement the enemies also moved one place
Dont know if it was called Bubble burst or something but thats as far as I remember
It could just be a custom made game but it looked really well done for what it was
Would be cool to find it again

Just came across this video. My first pc gaming experience was with SkiFree and Rodent's revenge. I wish they would bring these games back. I do have chips challenge and chips challenge 2 on steam. I did recently find out skifree is available to play on win 10 so thats nice. Some I wish they let die or go diff direction. Was gifted a game like Jezzball but the idea was to uncover adult oriented photos in the style of furries XXX.

I recall buying small games of this sort long before they showed up on Windows. I'd play the likes of -Battle Chess- or the original Tetris during lunch hour or after hours. (The main office Windows 3. 1 computer was a clone 80386DX 33 in a desktop case that used to be my home computer) Solitaire? I never played that time waster.

I was born January of 2000 and my first experience with a computer was a Windows 95 pc my grandmother had (I don't remember the specs or anything) it had rodents revenge and a few other games on it (life, snake and skifree were a few others. But ya this was a major nostalgia trip for me.

There is also Microsoft Puzzle Collection Entertainment Pack on Game Boy Color. Yeah! Some Microsoft game, branded however, on a Nintendo console. Though is developed by Conspiracy Entertainment Corp. and published by Classified Games. Seems that Rare isn't alone in that.

Any chance you know of an old windows game where part of it you had to click on like otters or something similar in the right order and they made different sounds/noises? It-s from like 95/98 and the otters would make sounds like -me me me- in different pitches

My friend's mom was addicted to freecell. She had a notebook with lists of puzzle #s that she solved, and the ones she still needed to. Now I wonder if she ever completed it, or if she got stuck on one of those 8, thinking there was a solution.

Still have this on my HD but it sadly is not x64-compatible. These games dominated my PC time during my childhood!
BUT x64-compatible Chip's Challenge is at least now available on Steam for like $2 or something (along with its newer sequel.
