Please, please, please Team 17! Remove the god-awful chipmunk voice effect and bring back the style of the excellent voices from the original game's expansion pack! It's painful enough to watch you release reboots over and over again (most of them being shit and all) without having my ears bleed. The chipmunks went out years ago (apart from their shitty reboots too) Oh and it's far more rewarding to get good at the bazooka than just lumping in another load of weapons or classes or whatever. Sigh

Perhaps you haven't paid attention, but I post a -real review- every weekend. And that's a major chore to pull off, I just don't have the time to do more than that. -
Plus, those are dedicated to retro games. Sims stuff and LGR Plays are separate things entirely, and generally take far less time to do than my weekly in-depth reviews of full games. But I can make videos like these to comment on a game without absolutely killing myself making free entertainment for you guys. It's this or nothing.

What is wrong with showing a -bad game-? I think showing a match I lost is as fair as showing one where I succeed. Furthermore, I don't feel that I owe anyone anything other than an honest and fair view of the game, and that's exactly what this is. Unprofessional would be bashing it unfairly, ignoring a significant amount of key features, saying it sucks because I suck at it, etc. No, this is just what was asked for: a video featuring my take on the game. They wanted free marketing, they got it.

You're whining about free content, you want a review of something? Donate something he's not obligated to do anything.
CGR makes money on those reviews because that's his literal job, he has a company revolving around it. LGR is a guy with a collection and a review hobby.
Don't like what he's doing? Don't watch it's really that simple and you don't have to wast time whining about it like he owes you something: )

Indeed. I have mixed feelings about memes being in games. This and Borderlands 2 have a bunch of -Internet crap- references. thing is, they have such a short shelf life. Won't be long before they make absolutely no sense to someone who comes across them in-game. I can just imagine someone playing one of these games 10 years from now going -uh, what does the phrase ALL THE THINGS have to do with this and why is it funny? -

He means it costs you nothing to watch this and yet you get enjoyment out of it. These things take a lot of time and effort to do, and hours to upload.
This may as well have been a review given that he's showing gameplay and features and he basically sold me on it despite not having played Worms since the Sega Genesis.

i over reacted to this maybe cos im jealous u got an early copy of worms and just make a let's play, actually if u were to cut down all the gaps where u dont talk, the video would be 10 times better

I'd rather watch phreak's videos and reviews than the big name B. S. ones. Least these are, usually, highly enjoyable to watch and you are able to laugh at/with him during the play or review. Keep em coming. Get some more old system reviews out there also. Miss those.

He still showed plenty of gameplay after that and the AI was showing stuff during the match he lost. I have zero qualms with how he presented it and feel it was at least as 'professional' as anything else he's done. Its an impressions video not a walkthrough.
