Join me as I go out thrifting, in search of games and interesting goodies at various discount shops! Some discount and thrift shops south of Chicago this time, as well as back in NC afterward. - Big shout-out to PushingUpRoses and MK_Tbone for hosting me while I was up in Chicago!

Why not buy an oven at goodwill? I buy all my ovens, microwaves, washing machines and dryers second hand.
But then I tend to buy everything second hand.
Timon & Pumba's Jungle Games is actually pretty awesome: D.
New Uses is pretty much any Dutch Thrift sore
Plus loads of console stuff. You just don't see that here whatsoever.
That Magnavox so would've gone home with me: D.
New capacitors and gooo!
Were those just drawers at the bottom?

Timon and Pumba's Jungle Games!
(I only have any interest in it at all because Bug Drop is technically a licensed incarnation of Puyo Puyo)
Also trust me. you are not the only one to joke about the possible double meaning of strip quilting. Turns out that -any- enthusiast group ends up with its set of domain-specific raunchy jokes; )

Lol Barbie ocean discovery is the hardest one to find. Been reselling Barbie entire pc collections regularly for about 50$. Still need that 1 though for the personal collection just to have it. And you found it not far from my house lol, I'm in the Naperville area.

I had that Bowling game, parents got it as a stocking stuffer since I liked bowling and it was like $10 new. The whole series they put out is super generic, but made for nice fun games pre-internet games. I had fun with it though, played it a good amount.

9: 20 this was one model of the well known in brazil as 99999 in 1, this was very popular around here on the end of the 90's. this was the first portable system of a good amount of poor kids (like me) from that era

I really need to get a copy of Bloodrayne. I want to see what this game is like cause I have seen the super bad movies that are loosely based on this game. Probably only the Name but who cares I wanna play it.

You think that is lackluster? My local goodwill has no interesting games, has never had a console since goodwill moved into the building (not joking) its littered with printers and hideous speakers

omg I would have gotten that old radio, the wood looked nice and I do know about restoring old electronics since I grew up in the era of tubes and beefy real transistors, not the pcb kind

i have never heard of call of duty united offensive. prbably from back when the games had great single player campaigns that were not recycled from game to game just using dif levels
