i have know identical twins twice the little ones where cute looking but total brats am i glad that i have never had to take care of them and than a few years later again identical twins but much older and very nice. Also years before i have known a girl and her much younger sister and they where always dressed the same which too me seems quite childish i mean maybe once but always? the sisters to top it looked so much alike

The young girl in The Shipping News was played by triplets. The director said each excelled at specific requirements such as crying or laughing. I suppose compliance with the rules of using children is probably easier when one role can be played by three actors.
