killing the hulk is another kettle of fish. he can not be killed as the hulk simply because he can regenerate from a few bones, decapitation or a corpse (yes he can ressurect himself as he gets eaten in a comic where he is last one alive in earth after thousands of years. he is immortal for all intents and purposes. the only way to kill him is to do it while he is banner by total distintergration or preventing the transformation similar to the arrow that killed banner by preventing him from transforming.
I'm also pretty sure that punisher used magic to transform banner into human form and then distintergrate him using the power of Dr strange who has defeated cosmic entities and demons.

On your list I'll only agree with Juggernaut and Maestro defeating him. Possibly Superman, if both he and Hulk were written with standard features (although WW and WB Hulk could cause Sups issues, in which Sups has to use his brain to defeat Hulk. As for puppies, that's a weakness: they are NOT his enemy. He just loves them.
I think you didn't establish how Hulk gets defeated, because is he defeated as Hulk? You put him as Bruce Banner, who is obviously going to lose. I'm surprised you didn't put in your list the following: Thanos (with and w/o Infinity Gauntlet, Umar (via incantation and mind control, Apocalypse, Dormammu, Black Bolt (although they never had a true fight Hulk himself said the real (important! Don't confuse Skrull version) BB could defeat him in WW Hulk state, Havok, Ghost Rider (possibly, but because WW Hulk was innocent Penance Stare didn't work, Zeus. Just to name a few.

I'm not having it out but why do people keep making theses posts about Hulk? It seems to be only Hulk. seen 1 on Google. Find there's hate for the characters. Most of the wins are unusual circumstances not outright wins. Where is Superman's whose also suffered his fair share of Defeats. Why is it I don't ever see any uploads from other characters? I've seen some of the comments and they come on rubbing their hands that's just hate towards the character. Celebrating. Well I might upload a couple of vids on heroes and villains that have beaten Spiderman Batman Superman Thor Wolverine and I bet they wouldn't like it. Come on dude if you're good at do the Hulk then do the rest.

The Batman win is a farce. Batman could not hit Hulk hard enough to cause him to need to take a breath. Hulk can take a blow from 100+ ton lifting heavy hitters and smile. A human, any human, would not even get his notice from a blow.
Deadpool didn't defeat him. Had the fight continued it would have been a draw as neither can really permanently hurt the other.
Thor has won, but the example you used is flawed. Hulk stopped fighting and transformed. Thor has beaten him before. Why not use that example?

Juggernaut won because it was professor hulk. The one where batman beat him is dumb because batman would've broke his leg. Superman went against the professor hulk and Superman was the stronger form. And Hawkeye killed Bruce not hulk. And the maestro went against professor hulk. Puppies didn't defeat him they calmed him down

The only person who actually beat the hulk was the juggernaut, due to all the others running away, not being canon, not fully defeating the hulk, or killing banner. Also what would happen if the hulk wasnt distracted by the puppies? Would shield have just sent out a box of puppies to be ripped apart?

What? No Void? He broke every single bone in Hulk's body, and it actually made Hulk afraid, i think he even cried too.
Also Juggernaut beat Hulk more than once but Hulk also beat him more than once too, don't know who has more wins over the other though.
