Nicholson, Ledger and Phoenix. Impossible to rate in order of best really, much because the movies interpret the whole Gotham universe differently. Nicholson had the funniest joker, Ledger had a new take that were both dark and funny. Phoenix is just super dark. All great, i couldn't for the life of me say that any is better than the other.

Mr. Freeze and Two Face are my favorite villains. The best Freezes are 1. Arkham series 2. Gotham and the best Faces are 1. Dark Knight 2. Arkham series. Schwarzenegger and Tommy Lee Jones are and and and should be paid absolutely ZERO hommage for those character histories. They discredited those roles.

I feel like Jerome should have been a liiiittle higher, Cameron Monaghan captures the insanity and the messed up sense of humor really well! There is an updated version as an article on the Looper website. It has Joaquin Phoenix and Jeremiah, but Miah is higher on the list than Jerome which angers meee

Jared Leto joker is really not that bad he was really a different version from the others he was more of a gangster he didnt do crazy shit like the others (well we really dont know because they didnt show much of him) but he wasnt so bad people need to stop hating on Jared it aint his fault tf

I'm pretty sure anyone under 30 is going to say Heath Ledger. But if you were a kid when Burton's Batman came out, Nicholson IS the Joker and the reference point to which all other Jokers are measured.
To be clear, I also thought Ledger did outstanding.

I just started watching Gotham while in Quarantine and for me, Cameron Monaghan was just insaneee as joker. I got goosebumps when he confessed that he murdered his mom and how he changed from angry to laughing within a second. This Guy needs a full joker movie.

Well as a joker fan and I have a Ledger Joker tattoo, you cant argue that Hamills voice is too good! I think that Hamill, Ledger and Phoenix are definitely in a league of their own! Nicholson and Romero are pretty up there too!
