Whenever someone brings up the episode with the dead dog I always like to bring up the fact that Seymours time in the 2000's is retconned with Benders Big Score. Fry sends himself back to the year 2000 and the Fry that becomes Lars and Seymour live together for 12 years. Bender eventually shows up and blows up Fry's apartment which is why Seymour is fossilized but Seymour does get to live with Fry for 12 years after the original Fry is sent to the year 3000.

Futurama was better than Simpson's Kill Simpson's and bring back Futurama etc. While I agree, the entire Futurama universe is literally stuck in a loop. They pressed the button and time started over. Nothing can change. Even if they decide on a different storyline from the beginning, it wouldn't be the same. Futurama was phenomenal but it needs to be put to rest for good. I'm happy they stopped while they were well ahead.

hmmm, but Seymore did see fry again in later seasons because fry went back in time to the year 2000 and returned to the future in the year 2012 as Lars because of the freak attack from Bender in 2012. It explains ultimately on why Seymore was found in the proud upright position because Fry went upstairs to his place in Pannuchi's Pizzaria and Bender found him there and shot that gun from the future fossilizing Seymore.

Interesting how Matt Groening in the Simpsons had many events come true that he had in these episodes. Futurama is his other creation which depicts a kind of real cool future. Maybe Matt Groening is a time traveler and the show Futurama is what the future looks like? They just recently learned how to upload a persons brain to a functioning unit. The Heads in Futurama could be a version of that.

One day, I hope someone makes a video about how the hell Zoidberg made Santa's nice list if his standards were set too high that he kills everyone? How good is Zoidberg to get a gift even at Santa's such high set standards? That means to me that such a level can be achieved; what does that say about the rest of the characters?

While i too would have liked futurama to continue, i am glad they ended it. If it went on they would have reached a point where it got terrible, just like simpsons and family guy and american dad. All good things need to end, and if they go on too long the writing goes to shit. That would have tainted futurama.

The Beastie Boys are a talentless, over-hyped relic. They were lucky to have a cameo on such a great show. Rap appeals to the lowest common denominator. Futurama is intelligently written, acted and produced. Groening deserves all of his fortune. The B-boys deserve to wait in line at the EDD.

The untold truth is. every Futurama episode was written by a ghostwriter. His brother's birthday is on the clocks in Roswell That Ends Well. It appears more than once so you can figure it out. His brother's first and middle are also the name of another cartoon character.

I thought it was called Futurama because it was futuristic an had drama in it like the story behind fry leaving his family, struggling to fit in an the saddest parts were frys dream with his mom an his dad handing him that beer in the ice fishing lodge.
