Underrated Horror Gems On Netflix You Need To See
video description
Another COMPLETELY Incoherently mispoken LOOPER LOOP, greaaattttt! I literally felt GERALDS GAME could have never been solidly made without too much or confusion, and boy did it prove it as one of Kings greatest unheard adaptations that was better than 3/4 of his other movie adaptations, but if this is horror gems, first off. HARD CANDY(I guess Looper SAW too much SAW in that Thriller Action Drama, and its been on Netfix since like the dawn of the netted, why bring it up now. Never saw Lazarus Effect, nor did I expect it to be at all originally scary, BOOOOOO! Creep was much Psychological and Awkwardly at times even disturbing to witness, never knowing what direction was it going to hell fast! 1922, amazing adaption, a big YEAR for my man, S. King was 2017. but Geralds Game and 1922, then maybe IT in that exact expectation of best adapts, we wont speak of The DARK TOWER, how could you literally F that up, and not even start by doing The Gunslinger.

I just watched 3 films on Netflix that surprised me by being really good, and I'm pretty picky. First is the Aussie film THE DEAD ROOM. it wasn't over-the-top, throw everything at you scary for cheap thrills scary. it kept my attention all the way through and I did not see the ending coming. Truly worth the time! Second is 47 METERS DOWN. I liked this because the acting was decent enough and they didn't over-do the shark stuff. and again, the ending was a surprise. Absolutely had me on the edge of my seat. Third is the English THE DARKEST DAWN which I admit I thought it was either poorly written or poorly acted but then, after the film was over? I couldn't stop thinking about it. And I realized it wasn't supposed to be a film of brilliant acting or writing, it was supposed to be gritty and real and it was. It's an alien-comes-to-earth film and I was really impressed. Mostly 'cos I thought it wasn't very good at first but, like I said, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I watched it 4 days ago and am still thinking and talking about it.

Check out the short horror film AM 1200 about a desperate man on the run who after getting lost on a pitch black night finds himself parked near a radio station that has been replaying a strange distress call for hours over his car radio. If you like Lovecraft but hate the fact that no one ever gets him right on film, then you might well enjoy this little flick as much as I did.

Everyone's talking about how creep is good and open house is bad.
But can we talk about Hard Candy? It's not an underground/underrated movie. A lot of people know it and have seen it and agree it's great. Also it's not a horror movie. It really isn't.
Oh yeah and holidays isn't underrated. It's just bad. Father's day is the only segment worth watching.

Gerald's Game and Hard Candy are both great. Creep was darkly amusing and, well, creepy but definitely effective. 1922 was a solid drama/horror mix, and A Dark Song was pretty good despite the slow pace. The Lazarus Effect, though, was not good. The concept was ok but the writing was just terrible. Haven't seen Curve or Holidays yet so can't really comment.

Okay. So I had nothing to do. Saw this. You recommended Holidays I went to Netflix and started watching it. Thirty minutes in and I am back here. This movie is freggin weird. It makes like no sense and the ideas are outrageous. Neat I guess but very odd. It'l like Black Mirror just not as good. Im gonna keep this film going. But its weird yo

1922 was good, but it's not something I would recommend to others. I did very much enjoy Gerald's Game, even though the ending was overstuffed.
Creep freaked me out. I saw it home alone at night, and there was something so real, so grounded about it that it scared me more than something that's just trying to be scary by being disgusting.

Ms.
The headboard in Gerald's Game is the mirror from Oculus.
Oh and you need to see Oculus Chapter 3 which is the original where there's just one man in a room with the mirror covered by a sheet and a bunch of cameras, plants, and a dog. So much more terrifying than Oculus and I thought that scared me to death. It can be found on YouTube.

This is clearly designed to make you watch mediocre films. Holidays is awful. Hard Candy is disturbing and hard to watch. Lazuress effect was crap. 1922 is so freaking slow as to be unwatchable. Creep is terrible. Also really really really slow and self indulgent. Geralds Game. H
Mmmm meh. A Dark Song. Meditation indeed

LOL, everyone is hating on Creep, but I loved it. Creep 2 wasn't as good, but I still enjoyed it. Best on this list is 1922. The Babysitter was great. I also enjoyed Kristy--not sure if it is still on there. And Hush is also great. Is P2 still on Netflix? If so, it is also worth watching.
